If you will look for ways to communicate with your inner mind it will reflect it. You will start noticing messages here and there in strangely right moments. If you are lone, anxious, and can't find your way of living and don't know how to find home you will form a relation with your interior. It will make you look around for something that it can identify with and is sufficiently aligned with itself. Many before us went through that and left information and guidance everywhere around but it's invisible until you wash yourself out of guilt, shame and anxiety. With music you can accelerate healing of your mind, it will help to make a peace if there is a war. Everything will become clear, once you have that bridge of mutual understanding with yourself. In ecstatic peaks if you meditate and synchronize yourself with appropriate music a lot of knowledge, memories and pictures will be unloaded all at once into consciousness. It might feel like time travel or leaving your body. Singing and shaking your body to the vibrations of music helps. You can temporarily kill your ego this way. Act strangely to rewire your brain and be alive again. Large part of anxiety and depression appears because we either ignore or misunderstand what appears in our conscious mind and interior is not happy either then.

Same if I’m on the phone with my sister, she’s a ,17 hour drive away from me. Like, her ALEXA can not even set a timer, keeps asking her to repeat that
None of her spoken commands work normally, but this only happens when I’m all passionate about something, good or bad. It is what it is. Once, the clock numbers wouldn’t change on my boyfriend’s phone, too. I wasn’t sure at the time, but now I’m pretty sure I know what happened lol

💃💃 Yep I was dancing my heart out to "miracle power" at 3am!! Waking early leaves havoc on my eyes & I'm sure I would be less aggravated with decent night rest.. tried everything natural &doc wants to prescribe antidepressants (not interested) Lunar cycles kick my butt so just prepare sleep schedule around calendar and dance it out as required 😅💞🙏🕊️⚖️💪💃✨
Dance and sing whenever you can. Our minds love when we do that, especially around other people. Stay well and healthy

3am wakeup probably is influenced by the gsm antennas or AM antennas.
I remember seeing information that in past ages it was popular to sleep twice and have that hour or two of midnight activity before going back to sleep. If it's true I doubt it was standard for common people that had to work for most of their awake time, but who knows. After all, most of the knowledge from the past ages was written by few ones that had time and environment to grow. So mostly ones born in wealth.

Well it's not so bad when u r aware of manifesting chaotic natural disasters, especially like the storms i am asking 4. Feels good when the Great Spirit snd the god of water responds with flooding and tornado's to keep those jesus lovers in fear. Where's your God?
