This is the first shark tank i've seen where the product is actually a part of my life. The pizza place around the corner from my house uses these.

I don't like the royalty, it delays the satisfaction of success to the ones who created the product. Having to pay the funds you get to jump start in advance its not fun. However many don't realize, these people are not business partners but investors. They don't come on bord to share success but to get money out of it. They don't care what happens to the product once they get to make the profit they expect.

I get dominoes every Friday for the kids and movie night. There’s so much printing on the boxes it HAS to be cheap at this point to put that much print on there. You’re right, why can’t they take those boxes and do simple printing on it to say what’s so special about it. I would LOVE a box that gets reused to a plate and ends up in the food compost and recycled! Less dishes for me, am I right?

Not only that but even if they were to write out whats special about the box, they would have to make a new design for the box that will keep it looking appealing with all the new extra text they printed on it.

Now we see more companies going "green" in marketing. This is actually really smart. Amazon could now push this box further since they obtained wholefoods. This could really work anywhere. Now landed a deal with cheesecake factory as well.

Poor guy. I can totally relate. For those thinking this was an act to gain sympathy, think again. Let me explain:
The fear of being judged and making mistakes creates immense pressure during those initial moments. People with anxiety experience a heightened sense of self-awareness and internalization. They become acutely aware of their rapid heart rate, fast breathing, sweating, shivering, cold and clammy extremities, weak knees, shaky legs, brain freezes, and more.
Having gone through all that, once the embarrassment had already occurred, he likely felt a stage of relief and relaxation. What he initially feared had already happened, and there was no reason for the fear and anxiety to persist. These moments of freedom and confidence can appear to some of you as an act, but they are not.
I give the guy a ton of credit for persisting and for not allowing fear to completely take over. He did great and I believe he's an intelligent and good guy who's just a bit too critical of himself. Such shaky self image comes from bad parenting practices, especially from the father figure who might be very critical of the child or harsh when it comes to punishment and discipline. I wish him the best.

After Shark Tank, Kevin was unable to close his agreement however the company sales steadily increased.
In April 2020, "The Pratt recycle paper company, in the United States purchased GreenBox as their acquisition and paid
$60 million for "Green Box!"
The founder and creators of Green Box are both Ned Kensing and William Walsh, who were close friends with Jen.
Sadly, in 2011 William passed away at age 44, weeks after the product's introduction.
Ned and Jen carried on as Ned wanted them to do with the Green Box product.

Some grocery stores charge a nickel for shopping bags. I would be willing to pay a quarter to have this box. The fridge hassle is real. Usually I buy multiple pizzas to claim some sort of discount and end up with extra. This product would be great!
