Wonderful indeed. I don't know why some folks think Fresh/French Fields is better than this series. Anton Rogers is more comical in this and Eve is absolutely beautiful and clever. No comparison.
10:58 .....my first memory of this show. Probably about 1995 skipping through channels and BAM....there it was....something obviously DIFFERENT than most of the crap we get in the United States (wasn't nearly as bad 20 years ago as it is now though). Zoe's voice rings through my head just like I remember it doing so long ago...."Just a wee one". Man how wish Eve Matheson had stayed on. Leslie Dunlop done fine but something so irreplaceable about Eve's charm.

Eve Matheson is so beautiful and talented. As much as I like Leslie Dunlop, I just didn't feel she connected with Anton Rogers as well as Eve did.
This drama takes me back to my crush in 1989 zoe angel what a quirky lovely girl eve matheson...

It's not a bad series but there is a kind of extreme left ideology underlying a lot of it... It manifests a lot in the Jamie character.
