Something I realized while grinding out ingredients, the Bazaar remembers the quantity of items you sold UNTIL you buy something from it. So do yourself a favor and sell all of these components before buying anything. Then you can just grab them in the end.
For Maximilian you just need to reach the entrance of Necrohol Nabudis.....and chain the flying demons for it to drop(10% to be looted) The cat ear hood....you can buy it for 50k gil off the Clan Shop after reaching 200k points.
the quickest way to get demon shields is the bats in the henne mines near zodiark, i farmed exp there and ended up with 99 demon shields after i got a chain going.
DudeImJason there's a place with 4 exits and when you press the button in there it spawns about 30 bats at a time you can farm there and good luck dude!
you can get the shield as a steal in lhusu too. I got it way earlier before i could access the deeper part of henne. Too bad it got outclassed early too xD
Surprised not to see the Opal Ring on here as it's way more useful than the Ruby Ring in my opinion. It only requires 2 frogspawn (Hunter's Monograph required- 30% drop) from the Iguions at the Phon Coast although it can also be stolen from the Grenades in the Zertinan caverns (depending on your luck with the RNG it could potentially take awhile since it is a rare steal).
Not trying to be a jerk, but just wanted to point out a minor error: the actual monograph drop rate for adamantite is 8%, not 18%. Great video though, thanks!

Tried selling for another Magepower Helm after bazaaring the first one. Second one I sold the required items but did not appear... Had to keep resetting the game but don't work. Might be a bazaar system or a glitch
Pretty sure you can only get each piece of equipment once from the bazaar. I remember spending time gathering the necessary stuff for multiple sets of the Maximillian armor only to get the same result you did once I got the initial piece of armor.
You don't have to sell everything at once. The game keeps a running tally of each piece of loot sold until a bazaar item is unlocked. Then the game resets the count for the applicable loot items back to 0.
how did you get that level 3 chain only killing adamantite? Or you can kill other beasts of the same species in another place and go back to Cerobi stepps?
Late reply. It's kind of a weird one to be honest because it's nerfed in the sense that it no longer provides a huge speed boost but it's still OP in another way: it provides Gil (at the expense of LP) and lots of it especially when all 6 characters wear the accessory. You can earn millions within a short space of time, especially if you do trial mode. I liked it in the original game but I also like having lots of Gil lool.

@@MisterPudd In the original PS2 game nothing outclassed it for evasion except the cursed shield but you had to bear a few debuffs to wear that one.
Note: There is a definitive treasure chest containing a White Mask in the Necrohol of Nabudis.
I also randomly pulled a suit of Maximilian armor in the same dungeon. That was a pleasant surprise! :D
