Just stumbled across your channel floss... Love the reviews you do...thumbs way up bruh you got a new subscriber here... I actually had a note 4 for a few weeks.. decided on this device Im actually starting to love the stock google experience... keep them coming .....
Flossy I spent all day watching all of hour videos man and I gotta say I have never laughed so hard at phone review until I saw your videos....the way you talk makes me crack up and it makes your videos super entertaining...Keep up the awesome work my brother!
Flossy Carter my man! Your reviews are the best thing to happen to mobile technology since the SPen. You have come a long way in the not just the phone game but kick ass gadgets in of all kinds. Keep it up and thanks for the content.
silver I don't have any issues with the front. I kinda wish they would let us customized the back like the moto x. That would have been a very nice touch.
This is the first video that convinced me to buy the Nexus 6. I've seen several videos and was hung up on the size and cost, but Flossy Carter laid it all out there for me to look at like no one else. Thanks bro for the vid, and I'm subbed.
One of the few reviewers who give time to people's requests on the comments section and answer them. Awesome guy ! ( And yeah it's me again , big fan of your channel )
Floss, you've got yourself a new fan! I was really feelin' your honesty and plan on consuming your content regularly. Good stuff! I was on the fence with the Nexus 6. Thank you!
Ha nice to have youtube recommended this after almost 5 years,I remember how i got hyped for that big phone and now rocking a note 10+ , haven't stopped watching your dope vids since u the best Floss✌
ATT Customers were complaining about screens not turning on, or turning off. ATT said to call them and they will replace the phones. Seems the first batch had some issues with quality control.
Have you ever wanted a "Real" review of the Nexus 6? Well look not further Floss has got you covered with this awesome review. Make sure you watch the whole thing and enjoy it, it is great. Keep doing what you doing Floss your amazing!
the way a phone feels is the most important im glad you mentioned that heavy cold metal or chrome with a soft back lets me know im holding something worth my money
Nice video man, I appreciate the honest opinion since few reviewers say the bad stuff (actually maybe just you and Erica Griffin ) I see the Nexus 6 as an all around good phone, I hope the battery life gets resolved with updates. I should say 5.0.1 fixed a major drain issue on my 2013 Nexus 7
From what I'm hearing the Nexus 6 has better battery life than the Note Edge, are seeing that too? And if you turn off adaptive display, the whites don't turn pink
Great video. It is worth it to watch your video. I have already purchase my nexus 6, but I still enjoy watching your real review. It's something to appreciate.
So i'm coming back to this video after a while. You always say this is your big hitter phone, have your thoughts changed since you made this review at all? Has the battery update helped at all? Considering going back and buying this phone but idk if it has any changes for you.
Can multitasking be included in a software update by for example; an HTC One m9 or any other Android phone that doesn't have it or is that a hardware thing.
Dope review! I have one thought and just wondering what your thoughts are. I struggle with the fact that no one treats the Nexus 6 like an iPhone. When you talk about an iPhone, you have to talk about the OS. The Lollipop OS is like iOS in the sense that it is pure. It doesn't multitask like Samsung as that seems to be unique to Touchwiz. But it has features that make it competitive to the competition. When Lollipop is pushed out to HTC and Samsung, some of the features will be covered up by Touchwiz and Sense. For example, the calendar in Sense does not provide the user the ability to automatically look up the address of a business by just typing in the company name like it does in the stock Google Calendar app. Most of the reviews of the Nexus focus on the hardware. When in actuality, there are characteristics in the OS that will not likely be seem in other manufacturer phones because some of these features will be covered up by the interface overlays. There are a lot of hidden characteristics in Lollipop that go hand in hand with the Nexus and likely only be seen on the Nexus that are worth mentioning. I know Lollipop in itself has been talked to death with the anticipation of its arrival. But I just don't think it does this device justice to just talk about the hardware. Especially those who look to you for recommendations on what is hot. What do you think?
Flossy Carter So I'm still rock'n the Note 2 and really looking at getting the Nexus 6. I know people and yourself say that the camera isn't the best especially in low light conditions but it's it better than the Note 2 camera. Looking at all the specs it's definitely a upgrade from my daily driver but wanna get your input on this.
Your reviews are amazing. No bias, even though you love the phone, same with that tiny $100 Motorola phone, you didn't like it but you brought out the usefulness of it anyway. It helps that your voice is amazing too,I suppose
Love your reviews +Flossy Carter. I buy a lot of phones and I always listen to a lot of reviews but your reviews are the ones I use to decide if I purchase or not. You talk about the things that really matter as an everyday user.
Are you planning to do a Moto X Pure review? It's similar to this one but I've read Moto X Pure has a better camera, better battery life, and better screen whites.
In my experience, the Nexus phones don't do as well on CDMA Networks battery wise. The introduction of Sprints Spotty LTE made it worse. The Galaxy phones on the other hand are tested by Samsung and Sprint before release and Samsung deploys their own proprietary power management features. With that said, Will be trying T-Mobiles Nexus 6 (Which is the closest to the Motorola/Google play version). If I can't get more than the 3.5 hours of screen time I get with the Nexus 5, I can always send it back.
my Screen on time (SOT) with N6 was only 2.5 hours with lollipop 5.1.1 but with the Marshmallow 6.0 I am getting 4.5 SOT. the battery was the only issue I had with the phone but after the latest update, I am loving my N6 again...
Thinking of upgrading to this.Using a S3.And can't decide between this and the Note 4.I get that this is a big phone with little options to multitask but I'm curious if the Note users use the features and the S Pen much longer after u first bought the phone
Here comes Flossy with realest reviews on TH-cam for over 4 years. I'm not even being sarcastic. On paper the Nexus 6 is great, but the battery and other small issues (price), prevent it from being top of the food chain. The Note 4 is still the top dog, especially after the Android 5.0 update hits soon.
Exactly. I watch all the reviews for the phones all over TH-cam for all the tech specs and benchmarks. But for real world usage, I watch all Flossy's videos. He always gives it straight, and I tend to agree.
I have the note 4 and the m8 and I prefer the m8 in everything except the camera. Even the battery is better. The display is smaller but brighter and it NEVER lags. The note friggin lags all the time
PabasamDee I think the HTC M8 is a great phone, sans the camera. With that said, if your M8 lasts longer than the Note 4, something is definitely wrong. As far as lag, the only lag I've seen is with the multitasking button. Other than that, I'm running a custom ROM (Fire Kat V5), and it's as smooth as a baby's ass. The lag is all TouchWiz, which is way heavier and less optimized than HTC Sense. I think that'll all change with the Lollipop update.
Flossy Carter i have the same problem with the recent apps thing. hate to have to go through every single one just to close them out. and being on sprint, my sms messages have been sending numerous ones up to 6 times in a row...the update coming out next week should fix it
I've noticed the battery on my Moto X gets worse when I use the turbo charger than using the standard charger. I get over 5 hours of screen on time with the regular charger and I get around 3-4 hours with the turbo charger. Lollipop has been a good experience, but not the best ever.
My mans just put me on to Flossy's reviews. I can't believe I've never head of Flossy before today. This review was official. On point like a mu'fucka. "Real" indeed. You don't beat around the bush and cut to the chase. I like that. Keep up the great work my dude. Much respect. Looking forward to checking out more reviews.
Some are complaining about the Sony Z3v from Verizon and the battery draining faster then they thought it would. I know the iPhone 5 had issues like this, they replaced customers phones. Maybe it is a factory issue or Google needs to tweak the software better than what they have?
Floss, have you rooted your nexus 6 and enabled "samsung" like multitasking on your nexus 6? I have been a samsung note exclusive user for all the multitasking and quality in the phone. I ordered a nexus test it and have a spare phone. I am using the edge which is my favorite phone to date, but the only thing I don't like is I don't care for 3rd party launchers on the edge. The app tray edge is blue instead of transparent and it gets on top of the Google search tray. Its minor but I'm OCD - but I'm curious if you tried multi tasking on the nexus by root and what your thoughts are.
Great video as usual Mr.Carter. Question, did you root and add a "lollipop rom" on your Note 4? The reason I ask is because I noticed your notification screen (28:09) was filled with lollipop style notifications.) If so mind telling me as well as the rest of your viewers how to get that same result via a video or links to other channels, etc? Thanks!
Flossy how are you my brother hope you having a super long weekend quick questiom they have the nexus 6 on amazon for 349 it says unlocked would it work on verizon ? now i know verizon has this phone but you know verizon is complicated when it comes to this things let me know brother thank you.
Awesome review as always, dude. And was that the Street Fighter II coin insert sound effect I heard for your notification tone at 5:42? If so, You win! Perfect!
On the wifi password thing type it once in a notepad instead of looking at a screen shot. That way you can copy and paste it instead of having to type it more than once.
Floss have you have tried the Adaptive Brightness feature?, it's better on the battery. I noticed you keep your screen brightness pretty high, on a 5.9 inch screen your battery ain't got a chance like that.
Um excuse me. The Nexus 6 actually does have multi tasking. I was just using it right now. It's not as good as the note 4 but its still there. Not sure why people are saying it doesn't have it when it does.
I'm using the g3 right now waiting for the lollipop update, but Friday I may get the nexus 6 just because I've always been a nexus fan, my first android phone was the nexus s
Finally! Great video floss, I was waiting for this video to drop so I can make my mind up between the Note 4 and the Nexus 6. It's defo the note 4, battery life, multitasking, s pen, removable battery, all major wins in my opinion. I'll have to put up with t wiz but I'll just use a launcher and I should be fine. Cheers for the video floss, keep doing you're thing. Flossy Carter
yo flossy. would you be interested in selling that Nexus 6? if you haven't already. I have one but the day I put on a d brand skin, it fell right out of my pocket and onto the floor. giving it a hairline crack. I love this phone but the crack is just ruining the experience. just wondering if you'd be willing to let yours go. Thanks!
Floss thanks for doing video! I have both the note 4,and nexus 6. And even with me loving 5.0..it's hard not to enjoy all the features of the note! ! Left you a comment about a week ago on the sound. Yes the nexus does have front speakers, but to me the note has better sound quality. Your highs, and lows pop.plus you can change it from stereo to surround. Note has so many more advantages! Even build quality, and reception for a samsung phone. Keep putting in work .
Floss my man!! Good Review. I waited for you to drop the video on the Nexus 6. I sold my M8, Note 3 and Note 4. The best phone so far was the Note 3. Now i bought the Fonepad 7 (FE 375 CG) and use it for about 1 week. For the price that shit is banging. Fist time ASUS. Didn't even know they had smartphones!!! Check it out when you get the chance!! Much love
Seriously dude i watched a few videos from you and im loving the fact u keep it real ! Im stil doubing abouth the note 4 and nexus 6 hard choise. Btw sorry for my english. Greetings from Amsterdam! Liked and subscribed
thx man i just went to the store but they didn't had the nexus yet but the note feels slick.im only worryd about there touchwiz. anyways happy christmass.
Got the note 4 over the nexus 6 because of all the things you mentioned in this review vid Floss! I LOVE large screen phones too but could not pull the trigger on the nexus 6 because of the pinkish color of the screen and the burn in! Just waiting for the zerolemon 10,000 mah battery and case for my note 4 and we all good!
I know everyone will have a different experience, but my screen is only 'pink' when I use adaptive brightness AND turn the brightness all the way down. This screen isn't far off from the Note 4. I own both. If you really want to crank it, turn off the adaptive brightness and let it rock. This is no different than the optional screen modes for the Note.
Another awesome review. I want to see some of these spreadsheets Floss. I reckon it's going one of two ways; they're either going to contain some seriously intense, high level financial reporting or it's going to be the names of hundreds of absolute babes.
Hey bro ,what you think of the liquid crystal.Screen is awesome for a mid range.this cat roxx the g3 and thinking about on upgrade day strolling on the edge.is it worth it.let me know..
I agree with the fact that this phone has a terrible battery. I had this phone and used it for 9 months. even when not in use, this battery drains. on zip good day I could get mayb 5 hrs,out of it. Also I noticed that when they did the marshmmellow update on thus the phone suffered. a lot of kava and stutters, just didn't run the same,as anymore. no multi tasking drive me nuts. it's an OK phone but not one of the beat
Yo floss you need to do a comparison between the note 4 and the nexus 6. I haven't seen anything but bias from other channels and this would be the best channel to see a real comparison.
Great video! This is my first time coming across your channel and you gave great information on the Nexus 6 because I'm on the fence between the Note 4 & Nexus 6. I'm currently using the iPhone 6 plus and Note 3 and my Note has started lagging & freezing a lot even after deleting the majority of my music and large games. So I'm worried about getting the Note 4 & having the same issue after a year. I've always been interested in Nexus devices and now that the 6 has been released I'm ready to dump the note 3 and try a new phone series that will last me 2yrs without clonking out.
LOL You are definitely informative and hearing you say "stock lollipop" is damn hilarious, yet at the same time I feel like you're about to jump out of the video and kick my ass at any moment as I learn about my Nexus 6. Very good review, Floss, thanks man :)
With the 'screen burn' baby, I THANK YOU for that advice on turning the colors' around' so-to-speak! Good looking out Floss. I've never had that problem, but who to say I will. You know!
Im having hard time on choosing either iphone 5s or Galaxy Note 3 .. I cant buy note 4 or i phone 6 since its way too expensive and im just a 1st year high schooler , so note 3 or iphone 5s ?
Google Nexus 6 "Real Review": th-cam.com/video/J3Ly0p1-I6w/w-d-xo.html
Big shoutout to Floss thanks for the Real Review!
thanks my dude! #respect

Keep them coming! Love your reviews!
I appreciate your real-world, real user reviews. You don't see enough of that on TH-cam.
I think your reviews are the most honest and good in youtube.
Thanks bro
Can I make you a question?
I just bought the Nexus 6 64gb Ed for 350 USD. Do you think it was a good buy? (sorry for my english, im in Argentina)
+Griftercash that's an awesome buy
Heenry Douglas thanks dude.
Griftercash 👍. How do feel about the nexus after owning it?
Just stumbled across your channel floss... Love the reviews you do...thumbs way up bruh you got a new subscriber here... I actually had a note 4 for a few weeks.. decided on this device Im actually starting to love the stock google experience... keep them coming .....
I could seriously watch your reviews all day.
Aaron R lol Thanks my dude!
Flossy I spent all day watching all of hour videos man and I gotta say I have never laughed so hard at phone review until I saw your videos....the way you talk makes me crack up and it makes your videos super entertaining...Keep up the awesome work my brother!
Opened up youtube, first video in my reccommended is a flossy "Real Review". I am a happy person right now. Keep it up Floss!
Flossy Carter my man! Your reviews are the best thing to happen to mobile technology since the SPen. You have come a long way in the not just the phone game but kick ass gadgets in of all kinds.
Keep it up and thanks for the content.
The Nexus 6 is the best Nexus device ever built, nice video!
i have to agree! im not a stock guy but this is sick
Yes ! I just picked mine up roughly about 2 hours ago and I'm loving it.
I think it is the worst, very ugly from front
silver I don't have any issues with the front. I kinda wish they would let us customized the back like the moto x. That would have been a very nice touch.
i disagree. I have both. Note 4 is better.
This is the first video that convinced me to buy the Nexus 6. I've seen several videos and was hung up on the size and cost, but Flossy Carter laid it all out there for me to look at like no one else. Thanks bro for the vid, and I'm subbed.

I have to say, I saw this phone today at the sprint store and I was very impressed!! You have to see it in person to appreciate it.
Just became a fan! One of the best and honest review I've seen so far. Great review!!
the way a phone feels is the most important im glad you mentioned that heavy cold metal or chrome with a soft back lets me know im holding something worth my money
FYI the Note 3 has a built-in flashlight so I'd assume that it would be on the note 4 too if it is it is under the widgets center.
CM12 is out for the T-Mobile Note 4 so you can get stock if you want on XDA if anyone was wondering. Flossy Carter
Yo Floss, on your recent videos you still give the nexus 6 a lot of praise how about an update review of it? Seems like you prefer that over the note.
Yeah I would like to see this as well.
+Tee D.
It would definitely be nice to have an update review.
From what I'm hearing the Nexus 6 has better battery life than the Note Edge, are seeing that too? And if you turn off adaptive display, the whites don't turn pink

Note 4 bro you are getting your money's worth. I have the note 4 btw.
Only you would do a 30+ minute review, Floss. But you know what, thorough as always!
Your reviews are amazing. No bias, even though you love the phone, same with that tiny $100 Motorola phone, you didn't like it but you brought out the usefulness of it anyway. It helps that your voice is amazing too,I suppose

Are you planning to do a Moto X Pure review? It's similar to this one but I've read Moto X Pure has a better camera, better battery life, and better screen whites.
does the turbo charging work like it states it does ?
I enjoy watching your reviews bro. They are as real as it gets. You do better reviews than all these popular tech sites. Keep it up.

Hi from the UK. A great video as usual Floss.
I wonder if the Nexus 6 will be cheaper on Black Friday, if not I'll still get it for $350 on Amazon
Thanks!

Floss have you have tried the Adaptive Brightness feature?, it's better on the battery. I noticed you keep your screen brightness pretty high, on a 5.9 inch screen your battery ain't got a chance like that.
Woah! How did you add that extra toggle to the pull down menu?
Floss great video as usual, one of the best reviewers on here!
Um excuse me. The Nexus 6 actually does have multi tasking. I was just using it right now. It's not as good as the note 4 but its still there. Not sure why people are saying it doesn't have it when it does.
Flossy. You are very good at the details. You tell it like it is. Thanks
Thank Will
Flossy Carter what's that lollipop lock screen you're using on the note 4? Looks sick
I'm using the g3 right now waiting for the lollipop update, but Friday I may get the nexus 6 just because I've always been a nexus fan, my first android phone was the nexus s
"If you could drop an extra $50 and get you a Galaxy Note 4, why wouldn't you do that?" I got two words for you fam, "Touch Wiz"
The Spann Report My two words in response would be " S PEN"
Most everybody I know with Galaxy Note phones hardly ever use the S Pen.
The Spann Report A rooted note 4 solves everything.
***** Does it though? What about the features that work only with Touchwiz? Heart rate monitor? Camera? S-pen?
Gloomy Moonie I'm running a custom rom with a very light touchwiz...all the bloat gone and I can still use all those features.
Digging the phone but for that price, I wish it had expandable storage and an IR blaster. Thanks for the great review!
djyz Galaxy S5, it's the phone I have and I love everything about it
Finally! Great video floss, I was waiting for this video to drop so I can make my mind up between the Note 4 and the Nexus 6.
Much love
can you please do a video on the lag factor of the note?
Seriously dude i watched a few videos from you and im loving the fact u keep it real !
Im stil doubing abouth the note 4 and nexus 6 hard choise.
Btw sorry for my english.
Greetings from Amsterdam!

anyways happy christmass.
Jeffrey De Wit Hee man, welke telefoon heb je uiteindelijk gekozen?
Note 4 man
Waarom? En is touchwiz veel lag?
I just got this phone floss. Went from an iPhone 6 plus to the nexus 6.....I love it!
I am a year late but how's the phone
Does the wireless charger work with a case on the phone?
If your into rooting your phones there are some custom roms out there that addresses some of the complaints you have
So DiD the HTC one max battery last longer.
What's the weather widget on the phone called please?
Love my nexus 6. Hopefully there will be a update for the battery. Great review
The best and real review of Nexus 6. Thank you for making this
Good review as always Floss. When u going to pick up that Blackberry Passport an do a review? I think it may jump in your top 5.
Flossy Carter which clock widget do you use man? I want that. Looks great.
Yo floss you need to do a comparison between the note 4 and the nexus 6. I haven't seen anything but bias from other channels and this would be the best channel to see a real comparison.
Just got my 6 plus were the vids at brotha
It would be awesome if you could do a dedicated video on rooting
Flossy carter, have you got a review on the nexus 5?
Didn't really expect #3 spot behind the Note 4 phones given the battery life and screen, but a great review as always!
Great user experience review. I really like that note edge. Probably be my only go to phone. With AT&T or T-Mobile.
Great review, I had no idea the phone didn't do multi tasking, is this a software thing, will upgrades to lollipop fix this?
When will you do a top apps of 2014/2015 video ?
Floss.. What's the weather/clock widget you're using?
Yo Flossy , where u get that screen saver on the Nexus 6 ? Blacked out version !
I have lollipop on my Moto X. Don't know if it qualifies as "stock" though.
I just need to know overall which one is the better phone.... Nexus 6 or Galaxy Note 4
LOL You are definitely informative and hearing you say "stock lollipop" is damn hilarious, yet at the same time I feel like you're about to jump out of the video and kick my ass at any moment as I learn about my Nexus 6. Very good review, Floss, thanks man :)
+Jamie JDJ lol thanks Jamie
With the 'screen burn' baby, I THANK YOU for that advice on turning the colors' around' so-to-speak! Good looking out Floss. I've never had that problem, but who to say I will. You know!
Does Motorola or Google make charger for Eastern Europe?
Im having hard time on choosing either iphone 5s or Galaxy Note 3 .. I cant buy note 4 or i phone 6 since its way too expensive and im just a 1st year high schooler , so note 3 or iphone 5s ?
as always the best previews / unboxings/ reviews in the WWW !! thanks FC !
