  • Having a well defined cancellation policy for clients is an absolute must for a long term successful hairstylist business. There is nothing more frustrating than a client not showing up for their scheduled service.
    Your time behind the chair is extremely valuable and clients should respect that. In order to earn that respect you must have a firm cancellation policy with the terms clearly outlined. I even go as far as having all my new clients sign this policy before booking any additional appointments.

    If you are worried about enforcing a cancellation policy, I get it! The key is to be up front and transparent with the client. That way if a situation does occur they already know what to expect.

    can you please do a policy video of like before or after the service on hand shaking or hugging or both?Like what is appropriate about that!
