Hi Mr. Dan, I ve created approx fix the same the checkout event.. I say approx because, in web debug view, when you checkout you can t see an event like ( add_to_cart_stape ) so I can t copy his name.. please help me

Hi, unfortunately the events of the "stape" datalayer of the plugin with Wordpress do not send the items array server side, you do not see the items in the server side event data, why?

Can you see the items array in the web GTM preview? If so, what tag are you using to deliver data from the web to the server GTM?

@@Stape I am using the native GA4 tag, as I attach in the screens, you can see that with the view_item_stape event, server side the items parameter is not passed, even though it is inserted in the event parameters of my tag, the variable is correct is ecommerce.items, I have in the same product cards the view_item of GTM4WP and it passes me the item parameter server side, in the events with _stape it does not pass. I tried all the configurations, I tried to insert it as an event parameter in the event tag and it does not pass, I tried to pass it with the setting of the tag "other settings - e-commerce - send data -ecommerce - use data layer" which is how I send data in ECC with all my tags, and it is not tracked server side the same. As you can see on the browser side the item event data is tracked but on the Server side it is not present in the event data. I took the view_item_stape as an example but the same problem applies to all the other _stape events.

@@Stape it doesn't even depend on the type of installation of the GTM server side stape script, I tried to go through your plugin, I tried to paste only the script in the head and body, but nothing, the SS item array in the event data is not seen. I tried to insert the items variable directly in the Google tag event instead of inserting it in the box manually of the tag, nothing, it is never tracked in the server side event data.

​@@sardegnaprofumi547 data you see in sGTM depends on how you deliver this data to sGTM. If you use stape WP plugin and do not see items array in sGTM, you should check the data layer in web GTM and verify that you correctly deliver data from web to server GTM.
