My favorite from this series, is "The Devil's Due". A very spellbinding story, indeed, of two Men who robbed and murdered people...and wind up being taken to Hell by their "Silent Partner"-Lucifer himself!
Just a thought if you love this you would LOVE the original 1938 episode of this lights out episode with none other than the great Boris Karloff what a voice and character.. That episode scares me to death.
I've heard that one. As great as Boris' version is, this one stands out as my favorite. The voice actor in this one appears in many other Lights Out stories. I wish I knew his name. My absolute favorite radio actor of them all.
Imagine the family gathered around the radio with no lights on, the radios vacuum tubes glow and cast shadows along the wall. Imaginations tune into another dimension of reality. Radio googoo.
There is a level of individual that did not breach to clarity of reality. In irony, they stay in fantastical. They panic and have fears for not liking sensed gains to secure from doubts of did life go by without incident. They can't stand life as it is and get taken too easily into criminal unconscious mind. They have no hospice for those around them. This show gets the super of the gong of despair. Nothing is wrong with life.
If you like eerie stories, let me recommend "The Gables" on YT. Here's the link: th-cam.com/video/Ot1sF7fkhMw/w-d-xo.html/. Also, check the other two audio plays I've produced.
First radio horror I have listened to for years
