Honestly, I really thought that elevated this review to a rewatch for me. It’s really a window in to Anthony’s soul, a deep, tortured Japanese loyalist that feels impotent because of his countries military weaknesses. Fantastic writing, truly.

From my point of view, I think that Em should concentrate a little bit more on how his tracks should work as songs, not just as platforms of rhyming. The thing that makes him what he is today is that in his younger days, people praised not only what kind of shit he said, but also how he did it. I don't know what it is, but you have to admit that his newer stuff isn't that enjoyable as his older stuff is. We wait for the 11th record to see what he will bring to the table. 🐐

Do a Eminem Worst to best, would really like to see you put Infinite over Revival. Also would love to hear your takes on Encore & Relapse after all these trash albums. Those albums don’t seem so bad anymore to me. In 2005 people HATED Encore, same with 2009 and Relapse.
He only liked MMLP 1 and 2 and SSLP. He said he could "take or leave" TES, so you can guess how he feels about other Em albums. It's about a 7 for MMLP 1 and 2 and SSLP, maybe a 6 for TES and all other Eminem albums are 5 or lower. He just doesn't like Eminem's music. It's his taste. Other critics feel differently. For instance, both Robert Christgau and Neil McCormick love Eminem's music, and they never gave him a score below 8/10, not even for Revival, something I strongly disagree with.
