@imbpilot7 : you bought the model with the 'a little longer' button instead of the toast button, not? Most probably you have text above the buttons instead of symbols. This model comes without the sandwitch rack.

I bought this toaster thinking I was going to be getting the sandwich rack. Its not included and mine doesn't even have the sandwich rack function. What gives??? Where is the rack and where can it be purchased? Why isn't it on KitchenAid's site?

This toaster cannot shade two sides of bread equal, one side is always more dark than the other ! Check out the end of the video, she will rotate slices like a magician and show you only the dark sides !!! And the price is approx 300 Euro !!!! KitchenAid really needs RD aid.
