I’m 53, retired a while at 45. I have 35% of my capital investments in an IRA, 20% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investment accts, in cumulative of over $550K. I'm now seeking new investment opportunities to further diversify and grow my wealth in the new year.

You have an impressive portfolio. Since you are looking into more opportunities, consider consulting a financial advisor. They can help identify suitable opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

I agree! Bloomberg and other finance media report significant wealth creation opportunities in the new year. Personally, I've experienced this firsthand, working with a financial advisor since late 2023 and netting over $700k ROI (excluding capital gains). This success is attributed to tailored investment strategies and risk management. It's essential to research and consult experts to identify suitable opportunities.

As always, a great analysis. Newcomers often wonder if it's too late to navigate the financial market, but the market is always unpredictable. Trading has more advantages than simply holding, so it's important to learn before diving in. Active trades are necessary to ride the market's waves. Thanks to Evelyn Infurna’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings, managed to grow a nest egg of around 127k to a decent 532k. Kudos to the journey ahead!

Investing with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, as most failures and losses in investment usually happen when you invest without proper guidance. I'm speaking from experience..

I like the idea of starting a fund to buy performing and non performing notes on real estate, consistent cash flow with the opportunity for some capital gains when dealing with non performing

Great, this is doable. Actually, there's companies that I know that loan money advances for government payouts, agent commission, loan against property as a security.., just didn't understand what was happening in the background. 🇿🇦👌✔️
    Thanks for the video.

Great video! With a private money lending fund, are usury laws applicable?

Usury laws generally apply to private money lending funds unless the loans are for business purposes, exempt under specific state laws, or otherwise structured to avoid usury restrictions.
