It may be more difficult with larger fingers but still possible with practice. You could consider getting a 24 (3×8) bass instrument, which sometimes have buttons more spaced out. I have a Casali 24 for sale, message if interested. Accordions South West

I have large fingers, how can I get get better or make it easier to play the very small bass keys on my accordion?
