I love the semi-open world. It makes me wish EA would do a refresh for all the worlds from the base game and previous packs.
The features look interesting, just wish the werewolves looked more like actual wolves than furries.

I think there's supposed to be an update soon that will add body hair, hopefully that comes sooner rather than later. I'm doing a thing right now where I've locked 8 Sims with random traits, likes and dislikes in a house just to see how they interact with each other without my intervention. I took one of the male Sims over to Greg's house so he could get bitten. Now the Sim that's turned into a werewolf goes around the house terrorizing the other Sims when he's raging. It's pretty funny to watch. I haven't really played with the pack as intended though. I do like the assets that came with it .
Yeah, the fury is a handful. It actually makes balancing job and needs difficult, an actual difficulty.
@@p.bckman2997 I played a little more today and he seems to do that quite a lot. I'm not even sure what triggers it. I did add a vampire into the house just to see what happens so maybe that's bothering him lol.

@@funnylittlecactus4672 , quite. It seems they put in an auto dislike between werewolves and vampires. I'd say the developers have made a deep and very well thought out pack this time around.
I'm actually fairly impressed with this pack, I don't mind the design of the werewolves at all, I've been really enjoying the game play, and I haven't even gotten bored without my mods yet, which is pretty impressive. My biggest complaint is the number of lots and pre-made sims that came with the pack, but considered that it's a game pack, I'm not very upset about that in the end.
In that cliff there is plant called moon petal (or something) during full moon you can harvest it and when you eat it, it resets your wolf's perks. Sadly I think you can't plant it anywhere else but maybe it needs higher gardening skill
The moon petal flower doesn't change your temperaments, but you can use it in various drinks and stuff, including the werewolf cure. You need to unlock the ability 'Lunar Howl' in the abilities tree, and use it at night to reroll your temperaments.

The werewolf pack looks great. I'm still super pissed that they haven't updated mermaids yet tho and I don't even own Island Living... but I'd probably buy it if they'd update mermaids tbh.
i bought island living and mermaids were such a disappointment :/ waste of money

I'm still not entirely sold on how the werewolves look though, but maybe I'll warm up to it once I try it myself.
I love it so far much more story based than the other packs it feels more fleshed out no pun intended
I love that their making the maps more open worldish at least. I hated having to go through loading screen everywhere we went. I personally didn't think I'd enjoy the pack considering they made the Werewolves looks like furries but I surprisingly ended up enjoying it for the most part
Got the pack and I love it. Yes it does take more time to work thru the aspirations and gameplay. Love the semi open world and the B & B items. If they release the High School pack in July, like is the specutation, maybe we will get body hair with that, as it is part of growing up naturally. Lets hope! Great video! Kim
Also, found a tunnel from moonwood Mill to forgotten hollow... WHAT! Yeah , crazy right. And I saw an option on wolfie sim : Battle of occults on something loke that. Haven't seen that scince , but vamp and wolves do hate each other. ( I tested) And fated mates are a thing!!!
They need to fix the walking up and down the stairs while in rampage mode animation.
Apparently my wolves will only learn transformation mastery if they're in Moonwood Mill so that's my only problem. My werewolves were never around people either. XD

Funny how simmer bashed sims 3 about rabbit holes and lag/bug and sims 4 is moving in this direction even in good packs like this.
Sims 3 have all the community lots as rabbit holes except gym, bars and VIP longue unlike sims 4 which is like the sims 2.
@@seniorsim2754 true, you can derabbit hole everything but takes mods and time. Some store itens are made for true venues too like restaurants.
Lol what you seem to miss is that (some) simmers will be hyper critical no matter what, even with good packs
i probably won’t buy it..EA could’ve done us a favor by creating a pack like Supernatural in the sims 3 , so we could get more occults. Also, I really think these werewolves look dumb 😩
They need to just make an equal amount of clothes for both males and females already.
The only things that bother me so far are how the wolves look and the sound of their howl. But I'll take it for good game play for once :)
Yeah, the wolf appearance is a huge letdown for me, too. They're way too cute - even for the Sims - and they look more like dogs than wolves. Oh well. I'm sure a mod to fix the wolf appearance will come along before too long.
I bought this pack mounths before watching your video you did You showed me how to play these pack properly bc I did know I just buy they for build buy I never actually played them but I try and did spellcaster that went well but werewolf doesn't make any sense bc you want to be a loner werewolf but you need to be in pack to do most
I love this pack. It’s one of my favorites and no I’m not a furry LOL
I’ve just been playing the sims to mostly build now. I even created a YT channel to show my speed builds, so I’m debating on getting this pack cuz I really like the look of the build/buy items. Although I have to say the gameplay looks pretty good so might not be a total waste of money lol 😆

I don’t like how that with my cc in skin details go onto my werewolf and I can’t remove them when it’s linked or unlinked, and when I unlink it I can’t change what my sim is wearing.

The game play is decent and I explored most of what there is and if I happen to end up with a werewolf I wouldn't mind, but I don't think I'd actively choose them the way I do spellcasters for the efficiency. The world, cas, and build buy are fantastic, my only note is I want More of this style of beat up/damaged/third hand/diy furniture for low simolean cost.

Is Scarring the name given to Werewolf combat? Standard hand-to-hand combat practice is called sparring. I haven't purchased this pack, yet.

My sims ALWAYS cancel actions I give them or just stand there. I dont have the werewolf pack installed yet so I think it must be base game
I noticed that my Sims' action queues are most likely to cancel if I send them on an energized jog with actions queued afterward, such as using the toilet and taking a shower, especially if I fill their action queue.
What if you love Vampires, but felt RoM was wasted potential? Would you still recommend it?
This pack like all, looks goofy and is lacking . Won't be buying but I do like the clothes
I know what you mean. The werewolves look too cartoonish, and their body structure's too human. They're more like bigfoot with cat heads.
Ok I need clarification werewolves can unlock the hunter ability where they go find some meat but if the werewolf has the vegetarian trait they get mushrooms instead but this gets taken further with hunting party where more sims go to get more meat but if one sim that goes isn't a werewolf they get the "I've seen things" moodlet but do they get that if the werewolf they hunt with is vegetarian? What happens if two werewolves hunt together but only one is vegetarian? And will a vegetarian werewolf get the carnivore temperament?

Okay I'm sorry, but why do they look like furries??? Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks that- and you can't convince me sims2&3 werewolves look like furries... This is just...okay maybe I'm biased... But just looking at them makes me uncomfortable 🥸

I'm going to be honest, these are the weirdest looking werewolves I have seen from the Sims series. Where are their tails? Why are their bodies shaped weirdly, I swear the Sims 3 werewolves look better then this. Don't get me started on the running animation.
I am heavily reminded of the Social Bunny that shows up when your social gets too low on TS3.

Not all werewolves have tails. It depends on the culture. I personally prefer them to have tails too, and hind legs more like a wolf's than a human's.

I played with it briefly and it’s actually not too bad! Haha, I literally just ran around biting other sims tho. It would have been nice if they had new traits added.
