great video. I am in western NY...we get a lot of antique buckets. That could either be an old sugar bucket... someone broke their churn and made it into a bucket. Either way...great piece my friend, Thanks!

You should spend more time looking at the railroad oil cans and lanterns. They can bring some good money.

I sold everything I owned and hit the road in 2015, camping with my dog, 47 states. Been in a Baja Mexico fishing village, near the CA border in a new house 4 years now. The thrifts get there inventory from the US goodwill bins. The senior, retired gringos have flea markets on Saturdays, and most days, the Mexicans have them near my home in a park. I've re stocked a gourmet kitchen with revere ware, tons of cast iron, glassware, pyrex, for pennies...My cast iron frying pans were all under $3. Can't beat the cost of living . My rent for a room in Key West was 4x what this house rents for. Now have 4 dogs, 2 cats, and veggie gardens.
#LifesAbeach #SanFelipeBajaCalifornia At 64, I'm done traveling, seen the world, just doing charity work, and watching TH-cam from my kitchen. ...Here on the fun side of Trumps wall...
My grandfather and great grandfather were NYC seltzer men, so I do have their old etched, engraved bottles I remember using when I was little
@@marcialynn3469 that is so cool thanks for sharing and watching

Taking us along with you is like taking a trip without leaving home.
Thanks
Love your videos, especially like the price point suggestions at the end. Didn't notice but was there a price on those double bit axe heads? Pretty rare where I'm from and pricey when you do find them for sale!
Thank you very much, those double bits did not have a price ,Sorry I didn’t ask.
@@georgiabottlepicker5200no worries, thanks for getting back to me 👍🏻
I don't know about flea markets but I sure won't pay estate sale prices in that area. I rarely venture north of Kingston Tn. I like old cast iron and when I see a large collection in one place they are usually too high. I buy 99% of my iron at estate sales, this is the last time you'll have a chance to buy it from someone who doesn't know iron. It's possible to get some really good deals and that's part of what I enjoy. Anyone could take a pocket full of money to eBay and have anything they wanted. What fun would that be? When you find a Lodge California Acorn pan in perfect condition for $25 that's fun. It usually isn't the big things but that $8 skillet that was too cruddy to tell that it was a Griswold when it was restored. It doesn't happen a lot either but it happens.
Yes you are right thanks for sharing
I always see you looking on the bottom of cast iron skillets. Can you tell me what you are looking for? I’m not a collector but I am curious.
Looking for markings to identify what kind they are if they have a name it is usually on the bottom
Great video. How do they get the bottles so clean?
I am not sure but they are clean thanks
I ha a old western girl tomatoes can I think it could be worth a lot of money
Thanks for the info and for being here
What is that dual handle skillet hanging on the wall?
I missed it , my wife was rushing me at this sale
Did you ever break something and have to buy it 😮?
@@brly9243 yes I did one time at an antique mall. I bump some bottles and knock three of them off and had to buy them.
That bucket is from a water wheel.
thanks for the info
WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE ANTIQUE MALL WHERE YOU HAVE YOUR BOOTH? THANK YOU
Ludowici Trading Co , Ludowici Ga
Got 45 for my poor man's bitters at my cheap skate market near Binghamton ny
Thanks for the info
THE -- person -- Uncle Bill passed away -- unfortunately, the new owners have wanted some changes that have pushed away some long-term vendors there. I am local and it is noticeable how many fewer folks are set up on the weekends currently - Fall of 2024 -- but who knows maybe the new owners can usher in a "new era" for this place and it might come out better in the future for the changes.
Sad to here , maybe it will work out i love to go there
I sorry he passed. I always liked his flea market. He had blend of vendors. New merchandise, stuff from old barns, smoke houses ,estate and garage sales.
Did he say the brown jug for $45 was a reproduction?
@@RickHeard I don’t remember I don’t think they said it was a reproduction
Great video.
Thank you
