• Young Girls Love to Ro...
The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey Mexico, Daniela (15) Paulina (13) and Alejandra (11) that love music. In this video they perform their original songs River Soul and Exterminated, along with a cover of The Pretender. Between songs, they explain how they got their start playing music, and why they work so hard everyday to improve doing what they love.
The three sisters knew they are far from being the musicians they wanted to be, and had this dream of attending Berklee College of Music “Five Week Summer Program”. The girls had started writing their own music and wanted to soar musically. That dream became a reality thanks to the support of their supportive fans (through a “Go Fund Me campaign”) and the Ellen De Generes show who contacted them and invited them to appear on the show because of the impact of the “Enter Sandman “ video. After the show, Ellen continued their interest in the girls and asked to follow them while they attended the summer program at Berklee. The sisters made a “video diary” for the EllenTube Channel. They have written more of their own music; they are very happy with it. While they practice every day for 2 hours individually and at least another hour together, they know they still have a lot to learn

Determination, Talent, and Hard Work can get you where you want to be. The girls' words from this Ted Talk and the one in 2017 are very inspiring. As the father of two daughters I can tell you I appreciate what they are saying. Believe in yourself and work hard and you can succeed.
Most of the people who say "you can't do it" are those lacking the courage to try.

This song has had quite an evolution over the years. The guitar solo has been revamped, and when it makes the live show, it is played at a higher tempo. Fun to see how it all began.
They are truly inspiring.

The progression between this TedX show and the one the following year is pretty marked. That year is when they produced their first album and they took a big leap towards maturity as a band. (Clearly they were well on their way here)
And this is why The Warning are my favorite band!

I love these early TEDx from them. It's a joy to hear them express the passion they have for music.
If I’m not mistaken I believe this song was written by Ale, In general Pau writes mostly but as you know all the girls have exclusively written songs. And 99% of the time they all have input into the song lyrics.
Ale wrote Take Me Down, a song from their EP Escape The Mind. Never heard that Ale wrote Exterminated, but the sisters always work together.
In the booklet of the CD, Pau is mentioned first in the credits for this song. So it was probably Pau who had the initial idea for this song. And the other sisters contributed to the song as usual.

My Stepmom told me a long time ago people who tell other people that they can't do something it is because they themselves can't do it so automatically think others also can't do it, I love this band they are a breath of fresh air

This song is on the XXI Century Blood CD but not on The Vinyl Record the CD has 13 songs and the Vinyl has only 10 songs
I hope that now that they've signed with Lava Records they will come out with a vinyl with all thirteen songs, as well as a vinyl and CD of their EP. That would be so awesome!
