JESS, is AMAZING. She has so much creativity . I have been trained by Microsoft training and can assure you Jess is truly Amazing. You can learn so much. THX
you do not have to put a foot on slab built plates. I've made many plates and platters without them. You just need to weigh them down when they are drying so that they don't warp. :)
What a great little tool! Do you make it this shape always or do you make different shapes for different projects or have you found this to be the most universal shape?
This is great…but…I purchased the foot maker for $1.25, without all of the other tools needed to DIY your own. Not to mention the time, carefulness/tediousness of grinding, and leftover waste of extra pieces. 🙃
Very interesting. If you file a flat on the collar it won't roll around...
Thanks good to know! :)

I made this and use it all the time now! Thanks so much!
Thank you! Would a plug on the end of an old electrical cord work?
I think it would. Give it a try and see! :)
Do you need to put a foot on slab built plates? What happens if you don't? thanks

@@JessicaPutnamPhillips Thank you to taking the time to answer, it is so nice of you. I will do without the foot and weigh down as you said.
