    Do you need to put a foot on slab built plates? What happens if you don't? thanks

      you do not have to put a foot on slab built plates. I've made many plates and platters without them. You just need to weigh them down when they are drying so that they don't warp. :)

    What a great little tool! Do you make it this shape always or do you make different shapes for different projects or have you found this to be the most universal shape?

      I have them in a few different shapes and widths. They are great little tools and so easy to make. :)

    This is great…but…I purchased the foot maker for $1.25, without all of the other tools needed to DIY your own. Not to mention the time, carefulness/tediousness of grinding, and leftover waste of extra pieces. 🙃
