    Dear Dr. This is very good. It is scientific way explanation of meditation. In today's world people accept such action like meditation, prayer, believe, faith on self, etc only when they find it has reasoning means scientific explanation and there is evidence. Otherwise they used to call it is blind (andhabiswas). Ofcourse, this is not thevfault of your anybody. In modern medical treatments dr and patient believes in all scientific tests. In mental hospitals also apart from prescribing medicines no other therapy like meditation, vipasona meditation,self affirmation, believe faith visualisation of self curing are not advised. Result is we do not functions of our brain and hormones as nicely explained by you are not known. Patients are advised for continue medicines and periodical visit with no fruitful result at the end.
    Therefore, your way of scientific explanation is wonderful. Thank you Dr.

    Sir, main 5months tak meditation kiya from December 2020 to April 2021.Is beech mera samay bahut kharab beeta itna bura meri life me kabhi nahi hua, ghar, office me jhagda, dono parents ka expire ho jana, karje me jana etc. Iske baad maine meditation chhod diya ab mere jeevan may shaanti hui hai.

    This is a wonderful vdo..if followed,can change any human being to a better person.I also read Jose Silva's book on mind control about 15 years ago.and I was mesmerized after reading.This vdo also gave me similar feeling.Loved it.If possible,may I request Doctor Peeyush to make a simple vdo of around 10 minutes on simple meditation ??If already there kindly share link.I am quite aged..around 68 year old.Please help me.Thanks🙏🏻🙏🏻.
