@@tracydavidson6685 thank you so much for taking your time to watch and write a comment. It took me awhile since I had to walk a few miles deep into the forest to find them. I only took a few since it’s a very far walk back to the vehicle. Do you pick mushrooms as well?
It’s good not to pick them all. Better to not pick and let them spread spores for more mushrooms for the future. Too many people pick everything they see and then next year nothing left
Great video my man! I was out there yesterday and we found an area that looks just like that! Full bloom looks just like chicken eggs 🥚. We left a lot behind only because we couldn’t haul them all out from the forest lol 😂
@@robertbrowning8725 my husband and I were out last weekend and all we found were tons of #3’s all the size of your hands. We only found a few #1’s which we took home with us
Catch yeah next week on November 29 if you're going night Dungeness crabbing in Oregon and I will be doing it again on November 30 too otherwise razor clam digging in Oregon.

The season is basically almost over due to too much snow and frost. Most areas to find these mushrooms are all covered with snow but to answer your question, I’m looking for them on the eastern mountains of Washington

@@AshleyBanks-rz1lc I got very lucky
Have to go deeper into the forest
Holy cow of mushrooms! You definitely found the jackpot of all pine mushrooms! This is such an epic video and thank you so much for sharing with us
Washington and Canada are known to have the most Matsutakes
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you
Ohh I really liked watching this video! Amazing at how nature provides!🙏🤔😄👏👏.
So how long does it take to pick all that!? 😮😮

@@tracydavidson6685 it all depends on how many people are with you to help pick them and carry them out
Oh my god, there are so many mushrooms
Yes I got extremely lucky and ran into the jackpot! Thank you for watching
That’s what I’m saying
I usually see that many mushrooms at the Saturday market lol 😅
All over the mushroom but you not pick them I love mushroom
I only picked a little to eat and carry to the vehicle since my truck is a few miles far away from me. Do you pick mushrooms as well?
I’m happy he doesn’t over harvest and save them for others

@ you should of kept #3, they are one of the best cooking. I’m assuming you sell the #1?
Thanks for the info my friend!
I was out this weekend and we found a lot of rotten ones... the rain destroyed them big ones but hoping the little ones will start to come back out
I like mushrooms but I don’t know the place I can go. How can I go?

Thank you for the dates I will most likely be on the mountains again since mushroom season will shortly be over
That’s a lot. All the ones I found here have been too far gone and rotten. I’m in Western Washington as well.
Yes all the heavy rain we been getting will do that to them and also the freezing temps. Thank you for watching
If you look around the rotten ones usually there are little ones coming out close to them

What elevation do you find them?
Around 2,000 and up in elevation. Thank you for watching. Are you a mushroom hunter as well?
Yes, I like hunting mushrooms 🍄
@ what kind of mushrooms do you hunt for?
I like hunting for pine mushrooms but I never find these many pine growing together.
@@sreyneanghav5976you have to go higher in elevation or deeper into the forest that no one has been too to find lots like his in the video
