Great question! Once people buy these homes, they may put solar panels on for sure! I’d say the pros of living in Texas is no state income tax, lower cost of living, job opportunities, and the diversity. Don’t get me wrong there are cons as well… like the weather, higher property taxes, and the heat. I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons in my opinion though. Hope that helps 👍
You forgot about the peekaboo rooms that Tripointe homes offer. I have not seen any builders with this type of space
Yes, that hidden room is amazing. I opened that bookshelf in 2 of the tours but that feature is really neat!
