Just looked at the pocket computer/telephone, and brought up Mapleton, Iowa's weather. Said you got 9.15" of snow in the last 24 hours. Also said it's 26 degrees with a 16MPH wind. Sounds like a double whammy to me Kurt. 42 degrees in Billings today. I am sure I just jinxed myself though. Take care, be safe, and screw piss poor rates. Keep 'er parked.

You can strengthen it by putting a 3/8 inch plywood on the inside of the camper wall to help hold it up and protect you guys from hitting your toes are your head on the screws
Love the awning drilling your sheet sounds like something my husband would do so funny got to love it glade you don’t have go out yet we love all the things you do around home and in the woods can’t beat nature better than a truck stop my husband is a truck driver so I hear the stories looking forward to the next video

We don't have those massive weather temperature swings or snow. The camping videos worked out as well. Little Bud did an awesome job learning patience sitting in that box waiting. Get some anchors for the post preferably like the ones you would use on canapy legs. Those light legs will not hold well even in a breeze. The voice of experience my friend. There is a WWI museum downtown KCMO, near Crown Center. There are some large parking lots nearby that would fit First Class if you wanted to take a break to see it. Or Take the family, do the Museums down town, and Worlds of Fun as a family getaway!

You should put some sort of rubber washer on your bolts for water proofing
