    I've just had a breakup & there is negativity out there being directed at me right now. Even from someone who doesn't know me! I hope this helps protect me.

    After trying many many guided meditations I've found this meditation and it really helped (still does) overcome my almost permanent anxiety and impostor syndrome crisis. Just falling asleep listening to this meditation is just perfect and I'm feeling more positive and especially attuned with myself. Thank you very much! Blessings

    I had tears rolling down my cheeks while listening to this. Your voice is so soothing and I was in such a trance..i nodded out hard while i was sitting up haha. AMAZING!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Hope you’re doing well during this crisis time. I’ve been going back to these older meditation videos lately, also I’ve been listening to you during lunch time at work, makes such a big difference in my daily life. As I mentioned in some previous comments, I’ve been listening to you for the last 3 years, to this point, you and your voice are part of my life now (hope it doesn’t sound too creepy) I went from one addiction to another, but at least with your meditation, it’s a great and healthy addiction. Your words really help me becoming my better self and keep me from doing bad things. Everytime I feel lonely I just listen to your videos.
    There’re so many meditation videos out there but I only feel at ease listening to you, the first time I listened to your hypnosis meditation, i knew I had found the right channel/friend.

      I discovered my own healthy addictions-- the beach, meditation, and yoga-- they are ALL good things to go towards. I am going to focus on releasing some new meditations with these as well. Or at least re-record for better audio. Thank you for sharing! 💜

    I'm so in love with this video, it's been really effective in my life. I haven't laughed and smiled or been so care free in a while. I can never finish it though lol her voice is so soothing.

    This one was perfect for me, again. 🙏 I just got running water back this AM. Going up to return stuff and say good-bye to those negative people whom should’ve communicated with me before such drastic/stupid measures unfairly took against me. I’m better off gone, that’s plain to see, just need to find gainful employment much closer to home this time -and soon! 🕊️💕

      Sending you a hug-- I'm so sorry. It is so hard when family members-- especially that close are negative. My own father used to give me the hardest time for seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses. Now he's the first to share my work... and it's through those glasses I create. Not everyone changes, but the key is to keep being true to yourself and protecting your energy. Not easy, but you deserve positivity. 🌸

      It could be as little as one day or as often as every day this year. Most important is making easier the conscious choice to block this energy and to become aware when it is affecting you. The sooner you have this awareness, the sooner that you can stop reacting and inviting it into your life and exhausting your energy. It's an individual experience, so you will most likely notice when you find your reactions and choices are changing. I personally, often, need a reminder to step back and disengage.

    But is it really a good thing to stop standing up for ourselves and only hide within as our only form of protection? 😢 I’m so confused now after this meditation and I feel discouraged, please enlighten me on the meaning behind this one 🥺

      Well, this is a meditation for protection not for self-defense. So it is for circumstances you want to simply disengage and there are many where that could be the preferred way of dealing. But any meditation is here to awaken you to how you feel and what resonates with you. It’s not here to tell you how to be. If this doesn’t resonate and you are effectively finding ways to handle difficult relationships with people you cannot change, then always listen to your intuition in how you handle them. For me, I will certainly assert myself when required but my peace and feeling safe are going to be more important in times than winning or being right. But this is a personal journey and all about what works for you- and if this one doesn’t, I’d say pass on it and find something that feels right to you!

    I listened to this while falling a s sleep and awoke three hours later sobbing because I dreamt most of my teeth fell out and my gums turned black! I'm still upset by this dream half hour later hence me coming on here. What does this mean? (Ps, I'm having relationship issues)

      Oh no! I'm no expert in this, but most often dreams involving teeth falling out or mouth issues can pertain to something you may have said or are meaning to say. It can also be tied to concerns of loss, growing pains... relationship issues would be possibly all encompassing for this. Waking up is not fun, especially under these circumstances, but an awareness of the experience means you are deeply connected to what is going on internally. Hang in there-- if I were you I would gravitate towards a positive imagery based meditation to get back to sleep. But think of when you've lost teeth as a child, it's been a transitional phase, marking a new stage of growing older and maturing. Although, with my dental history sometimes these dreams have indicated that in fact I have a big bill coming up with my next dental visit.
