    珀斯所有的区涨是通货膨胀,把所有房子的建筑成本升高,地价还是很便宜

    兩睇, long run, 呢D 高批量建築地區通常係新區。 Usually affordable for new younger professional family. It usually almost doubled up after 8-10 years.

      Yeah that's the case for almost all suburbs. Have to time it right.

    明白DSR的重要,但澳洲現在面對數十萬計人口增長,各洲仍只批出咁少Building approval, 可能有天反而Mel在其他省的嚴重供需失衡的hsing crisis中受惠,因佢有多啲supply. 😂
