Cheese & Spinach Pie. Simple and delicious dish♥️

200g of spinach ( boil it and squeeze all the water)
200g feta cheese
200g ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1tsp baking powder
Fillo pastry sheets pk
For top mixture
2eggs 250ml cream ( neutral) 50ml mineral water
3x sheets on the oiled bottom in tray
Little bit of filling
Then x2 sheets
Filling
Continue till all ingredients used
❗️leave x3 sheets for top
Pour mixture for top
Bake 45 min till golden and crispy ❤️🎀
