I love the green cover!!!💚 Thanks for sharing… It’s always fun to see how people do their pages. I often rewrite my “Currently Inked” list too when I switch out a few inks. I also find myself writing about the pen and ink combinations 😂. (If anyone ever reads my old journals they will be totally bored….🥱)
@@Wholelatteplans Have you seen the TV series MONK? There is an episode where this outlaw’s old journals where seemingly full of a bunch of writing about nonsense and mundane topics. They finally figured out the “ ink “with which he wrote was the gold melted down from a stolen treasure so nobody would find it. 😁 The seemingly meaningless topics he wrote about sort of reminded me of a lot of my journaling.
All the colorful inks! 🥰 The doodle(?) using fountain pen when watching is something that I'd love to incorporate, hm... A good way to use the pens and inks, and, the pages look gorgeous too. I used to also put some notes in my daily journal but, the same as you, once I finish the journal I don't open it anymore. However now I have a separate commonplace book but it is a bit abandoned as it is often at home, while I often encounter something to write when... on the go 😅 I saved the links sometimes, but it is like double the thing in the mind. Haven't found the perfect balance or system yet for this, maybe one day. Thanks for the lovely journal flip through!
Ahhh thank you for the sweet comment!! Yes doodling is so fun!! I’m having the same issue with the commonplace. I’m coming to terms with duplicating info because often I want to do a “rough draft” on my main planner or journal to make sure I know what I want to say lol because I want my commonplace to be neat. But I have a feeling I’m going to need to let that go or my perfectionism will take over!! 🤣🥲🥹🤪🤪🤪🤪
Oh, that is a good way to see it. Rough draft on daily journal, then the "better" version in the commonplace book. Hehe, thanks for this new way of thinking!! 🌸
