#1: If you like to act like the locals, before you climb the stairs to the Cathedral, you buy strawberries or cherries or raspberries from the market square and then sit on the stairs. You spit the cherry pits down the stairs. My wedding church.
The Finnish Salmonsoup is really easy to make and it certainly is super delicious. First take some pealed and diced potatoes, some thinly diced onion and if you are adventurous, you can add some diced carrots as well. Throw them in an empty pre-heated pot with some butter and do a really quick and short fry to bring some extra flavour out but do avoid colouring the potatoes, the fry is that quick. Then add the necessary water to the pot in order to boil the potatoes. You can also add a fish or a vegetable stock cube into the water at this point if you haven't made your own fish stock which you could use to season it. When the potatoes are about done, add in the diced salmon and some cream. The Salmon will cook really quick in the hot water. Also remember to season the stock regarding your taste with some salt and pepper, you can use both grounded black and grounded white pepper according to your taste, and don't forget to add some dill to top it off. In a few minutes after that you will have the most amazing Salmonsoup and its really simple and easy to make.

That salmon soup looks so warming and tasty 😍
