Chris is Dave brother who is in prison for murder Dave and most of us don't believe he committed. Chris is Dave's favourite brother and a father figure and he's notoriously protective on him, so when he said 'You violate Chris (his brother) then rah, turn Chris Benoit'. As in Dave will turn into Chris Benoit.

I live 40 miles from London.
It's very suburban. 10 minutes away is a minor city with everything you would expect good and terrible.
It's a mixture of wealthy, poor and middle class and there's just one high school where every child wears the same uniform so in school they have a chance of equality.
Sometimes families move here from London or the outskirts of London and I feel so relieved for them.
They can't even imagine how much better their kids chances are going to be!
