- The Black Dahlia Murder, July 5th. 2002. This show was played at a small venue called Mr. Mugs(RIP). I was standing to the right of the stage. I will fix the interlacing in the future, but for now, enjoy!
Note: I was a teenager at the time, and didn't realize the camera had a 'Zoom Audio Mic'. Sorry.

R.I.P Trevor you will be missed but not forgotten by any means
It's amazing to see these guys come so far. They fuckin' deserve it.
REST IN PEACE BROTHER
WILL MISS U TREVOR... 5 11 22
I remember when Brian and whoever else set up the drumset in the back room at Mugg's a played a short set as the band DECEPTICON! Haha, while the main show was proceeding 50 feet away. All the times 18 VISIONS & THROWDOWN and the other hair & make-up bands from Cali. GOOD CLEAN FUN, STRETCH ARMSTRONG, REACH THE SKY, BURIED ALIVE...too many to name.
this upload is worth a billion fist-pumps. you made my day and believe you me, today sucked! thank you!
damn with love lost but not forgotten? that's soo sick
Man I miss all the good times I had at Muggs. Also how lucky I was to see these guys so many times in their early years.
I can't imagine watching Thy Horror Cosmic live and giving it a little golf clap at the end.
I spent the latter half of my teenage years and a bit of my early 20s in this venue. I played the last show ever there. I miss this place incredibly.
RIP Trevor.
Ahh Trevor. Never did love wearing a shirt.
He didn't even LIKE wearing one lol
You guys are a great band and great people! I'm glad for your success!
Rest in peace Trevor....
Rip trevor
Dude please tell me you filmed love lost but not for gotten
They have come such a long way in 10 years.
before the "HEARTBURN"
Fuckin yesss! As ABRB said Heros never live legends never die!
that's just fking amazing!!!
would be super cool if you had the red chord footage too
they went from this to playing at wapred tour and touring the whole fucking world :)
They're playing in drop C here, right? There's been debate around the tuning of Unhallowed, and a lot of people say C standard, but I've learned most of it in drop C.
I’m 99% sure it’s C standard. You can hear the voicing of certain chords, and I’ve seen them play stuff off Unhallowed live and, at least back then (2007-2008), it was C Standard. You can definitely play Drop C and make most of it work just fine tho!
Before the STOMACH TATTOO!!!!! ❤️😂😊🇺🇸🥁🎶🙏
Trevor ♥fuckn look at these guys, even then 🔥
waton ñoño de pana, peazo de referencia te amaré por siempre
me too! love it
whoa wait was that love lost but not forgotten before em.no wonder black dahlia murder lead vocalist had a modest mouse shirt on when i saw em years later in 03 or 04
I Miss the vibes
I'm glad Brian finally ate a cheeseburger, that dude was skinny AF back then. RIP Trevor, long live TBDM! 🤘
It’s almost like Trevor was born without a shirt on.
Pretty sure BDM played muggs with pg99, parallax view, atrium, the wake, wafflehouse and American nightmare that same summer.
Damn look at these kids. They've come a long way. lol
Still metal as fuck. Still shirtless.
So Michigan
I love how he fucked up at the end of Elder Misanthropy. Awesome old school DAHLIA!!!!!
TEMAZO EL DE APERTURA
BADASS!!!!!!!!
he took his shirt off back in the day too?!
13:56 Trevor's pickin' a killer wedgie
:D love it!
Why is nobody moving!?
Sounds like Elder Misanthropy originally had different lyrics.
Check out metal archives. It was originally called Supreme Elder Misanthropy.
That demo version tho
Almost Easy
I haven't been able to find a different version of the lyrics online, but I know what you're talking about. It stood out almost instantly when they started playing it in the video.
Oh wtf why did they take that little intro off thy horror cosmic I like it of coarse it doesn't fit quite right with the rest of the song but it's sweet and almost sounds like current tbdm like they can tell the future or some shit
HERE IN CHILE...DEEEESSSSSTRROYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRR.....ACA QUEDA LA CAGA...VIVA CHILE CTREEEEEEEEEEEE
Very awkward silences between songs lol
que é isso novinho \m/
Does Anyone Have A Copy Of The Buy Us A Van Demo? I'm Willing To Pay Allot Of Cash For One Of Them.
Facebook group called blast fiends is your best bet.
I think I have what you're looking for. I have the original 'Cold Blooded Epitaph' EP, as well as a CD-R limited to 50 copies version of the same EP, but it includes a live show and the demo for "What a Horrible Night to Have a Curse". Shoot me a message if you're interested.
@@anthonydenha3982 any chance you still have those CDs?
what lineup of TBDM is it?
Trevor Strnad - vocals
Brian Eschbach - guitar
John Kempainen - guitar
David Lock - bass
Cory Grady - drums
Thanks! Brian is almost unrecognizable!
I think this is a free gig.. everybody just still. Basic finnish club style.
Still performs shirtless!
Rocken crowd........................NOT!
Eat a salad ;)
Good lord what’s wrong with that crowd?
RIP Trevor.
