As someone who keeps hanging on about having a pure int build, that could swap to int buffs with all the weapons i need.. This video did help xD.. worst part of souls games is the theory crafting for me, so thanks always for these videos :D
This video helped alot, but also made me more confused because of the increased options I have now. I am running a pure Arcane build and using Eleonora's Poleblade two-handed. I want to increase my DPS and poise, so I found a build that dual-wields Eleonora's Poleblade and Godskin Peeler. Is this build still viable? I’ve read that it was nerfed in some way. Or should I try occult Cross Naginata or occult grave scyt he? I also found a build using dual weild bandits curved sword(frost) and occult scavenger curved sword. my main issue with Eleonora’s Poleblade is that it feels risky against heavy-hitting bosses due to its low poise and long skill animation. How can I fix that? Should I use an alternative weapon for these situations? If so, what Arcane-scaling weapon (or an infused weapon) would you recommend for this specific purpose? I Know it is a long question, but I really appreciate your help Thank you!
I'm thinking to try devonias hammer with the crucible set, any thoughts? Is it worth? I like ordovis greatsword more but the hammer got buff with the set
Stopping at level 150 is so that a player can stay within the meta for pvp. How many players are actually participating in PvP? I just see the same ROB scubs getting destroyed all the time.
@@AstonishingRed every time I poll it, it’s about 30-35% that do PvP. So about 1/3rd. Also co op with random people over 150 is a bit more difficult too. So I generally stop there.

Lvl 150 for pvp is a scam: -if you have a melee build (strengh or dexterity) so yeah lvl 150 is great because at this lvl you can obtain all your hard cap in vigor (60), strengh or dex (80) and enough armor for wearing a heavy armor with at least 89 poise -but if you are a caster (Int or faith) lvl 150 is a scam because at this lvl you don’t have enough lvl to obtain all your hard cap => this is because if you wan’t finish your build as a caster you need 60 vigor, 80 Int or faith, 40 dex (for casting speed), and 38 mind (for 221 Fp because a mana potion +12 give 220 Fp) => conclusion : if you want finish your build as a caster lvl 200 is way better
Actually not terrible build-wise. A few notes: - Blood Tax Nagi: strictly better on Keen + BFB (faster bleed, more damage). Also Ansbach Set does boost Blood Tax 3% per piece. - Occult Scav: Cragblade better for DPS here; double Braggart's Roar would help the stamina consumption. - Lightning: double Gravelstone gives best damage. - Poker could use Spellblade Set. - BHF gets like no value from multihit, better to use Blade of Mercy. The ei in "Zweihänder" is pronounced like the y in "my". So it's "ts-wy"-hander. Keep up the content.
@@lorenzdiethelm2305 occult Scavs should have seppuku for more bleed & additional arcane scaling. The blood tax was just an example plus Pierce damage is good. Dual gravel stone or 1 + jelly shield is same %. I was just using the high scaling seal here for a general example. Millicent’s is for the dexterity bonus to hit 50 Dex.
@@AverageGamerMatt Occult Scavs do not need additional bleed. You will proc bleed with the first or second jump attack anyways, so it's better to capitalize on the bleed (and multihit) multipliers with higher AR, therefore Cragblade. Seppuku does not give 'additional arcane scaling', it just gives +30 flat AR and 30-40 additional bleed (this scales with arc). Gravel Stone Seal is 1.15x, Jelly is 1.125x, not to mention the duration, additional weight and str requirement.
@ it’s good for first playthrough though, but yeah 2.5% difference but that’s not much tbh. Seppuku = 30 base bleed build up that scales with arcane. You can check fextra or test it, but it has a base rate + arcane scaling. More bleed is better with the Scavs imo since you’re running occult rather than blood.
@@lorenzdiethelm2305 higher AR on occult, but cragblade doesn’t replace the need for a bit more bleed build up, which is why seppuku is well balanced with the Scavs on occult.
