Still beat it's lv110 with a Margatroid and only 3 friends, so screw you Suwako!! Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be talking about the video... Byakuren! 2 of them! I don't actually remember when you had gotten C3 on JP, so I'm not sure if you were actually quick or not... Of course, can't forget L80 Sakuya on a Star stage!
It saw the return of the incentive to being a healer for Bind Removal, but it was alright I suppose...although yeah, the card is going to be a bit niche! We already have lots of Star cards, and Ofuda is a bit less popular than most others (except Missile and Normal I think). Omg based Margatroid clear! Hope you enjoyed clearing that as well as getting your MLB copy! Yeah, double Byakuren moment! I managed to get the C3 version in the end of May, but I think I was roughly a week late with the video (which I am still proud of that timing of getting lucky with her)! L80 Sakuya casually making the clear more Perfect and Elegant!
If you mean a unit with 90 Luck Value, it can be but 100 is more ideal. If you mean the DS Spirit Level 90, I think it does reduce the drop rate slightly.

hey, i want to know...is drop rate level 90 is good? sometime the autofarming is screwed and depend on drop of this game is rather unreliable....

How about the bullet type?
As well as DEST and ATK being nerfed, there is also DEF and DBF being nerfed. As for bullet types, Normal and Missile are nerfed
