I like the double reduction pulleys and belt drive. Should run pretty quiet. I'm curious how you made the pulley shaped profile on the drum and the drum bearing / shaft configuration. Nice job.

Agree. If the single rear mounted bearing doesn't soon fail the steel bottom of drum may tear out unless it's 3/8" steel minimum.
