I knew this word was important. I was an advertising major taking human nutrition for science credit - basically at an arts college. We had a prof who was a geneticist from NYU filling in for the professor that normally taught that class. This poor prof didn't realise students at this college weren't going to be talented at science. I had a background in personal training where I needed to know cell structure and so forth. This prof taught basic cell structure and wandered into microbiome and epigenetic studies. She had a hard time getting art students to retain so we wound up taking the same test 3x. I had a bit of a hard time understanding ATP. You can say it's the cell battery but where exactly that energy comes from might have been what tripped me up. I have learning problems with math - and am better at things like psychology and history but I try to push myself. After being misdiagnosed and mistreated by the medical community 20 years ago - I try to know as much as possible so I can advocate for myself. Thank you for your videos even if I only passingly understand some of this.

I can so totally relate to a lot of your post! Right now which is 6 months after my last exposure to covid which was asymptomatic by the way, I came down with all kinds of weird aches and pains and issues and was in the ER twice for what they thought could have been my heart or lungs and it turns out to be neither of those. An autoimmune panel done and I had inflammatory markers for rheumatoid arthritis come up which I have no familial history of inflammatory diseases whatsoever esecially not RA....Rheumatologist said I'm not presenting as if I have rheumatoid arthritis so she said I have fibromyalgia. After much digging and digging and digging I come to find out that there is a heavy mitochondrial component to fibromyalgia as well as the damaged mitochondria that comes from this covid! So now I am following different protocols that I have learned from this gentleman's videos as well as flccc protocols, and I'm feeling much better! I did a 72-hour fast last week and felt the best as I have in over six months!I have a blood draw next week to check for different inflammatory markers, and then an appointment with the rheumatologist the week after. I can't wait for her to see how well I'm doing after putting this whole regiment together essentially myself because all these bits of information has come from Reading scientific and medical studies, listening to these speeches, and have been pieced together with a lot of work on my part! I have seen rheumatologist, neurologist, had a pulmonary function test done, seen a cardiologist and s a pulmonologist, been to the ER twice, see my primary care provider twice, and the best they could do is say I have something incurable (RA of Fibromyalgia) and either prescribed me mind medications like nortriptyline or amitriptyline or some other kind of medication, or really heavy NSAIDs that tore up my stomach and created all sorts of problems! And this was after a two-month stint on prednisone. I gained almost 20 pounds and felt miserable for the last 6 months and only felt better in the last week...and this is after being on a slough of different herbs and vitamins for the past 2 months.. even with only the vitamins and herbs, I could tell I was doing better, but not enough to actually feel well again. It was until I added the 72-hour fast that I really feel great.. however yesterday and today, I noticed some symptoms are starting to come back in so going to do a 48-hour fast this week and see how I feel... Obviously have a ton more learning to do, especially about the mitochondrial aspect of this since I think that that's where my particular problems are from...good luck to u and never give up on learning and being your best advocate!!

The energy comes from molecules binding and unbinding. That comes directly from different kinds of atoms. Each type of atom having its own wait in protons and having a different way of sharing electrons with its surrounding Mass. Basically imbalance, meaning everything isn't exactly equal all over the place down to a monotone, causes all kinds of things to come together and move apart. All of that movement is in order to create a more balanced state. And when things combine or break apart is when energy gets stored or released. So the battery is literally the actual molecule let the mitochondria build. And the the molecule has small bits at the end of it that come loose as it interacts once it's outside of the mitochondria. When they come off the larger molecule is when a tiny spark of energy gets released. Those Sparks of energy are fuel for other reactions that can put molecules together to create proteins. In essence they get stored in the new molecule that's a protein.
That's why by the way the body can use sugar, fat and protein to produce energy if it needs to.

What I noticed: loss of smell slowly came back, could smell faint odors at first, then strange constant underlying odor of burnt oil/cigarette, then all floral perfumed chemical products smelled sour-like, and noticed marked improvement while taking NAC, and a return of these smells when I stopped or forgot taking NAC, then more rapid improvement taking NAC again. Did this cycle several times in order to conclude a repeatable outcome that it definitely made a difference for me.

For example, take methylcobalamin instead cyanocobalamin, take methyltetrahydrofolate instead of folic acid, take magnesium glycinate instead of magnesium oxide, take D3 instead of D2, take K2 MK7 instead of K2 MK4, etc. For brain fog, you could experiment with high dose B3 (Nicotinamide) supplementation. If it destroys mitochondria then wouldn't taking both water and oil soluble COQ10 and also PQQ reverse it? I had the original first and second Pfizer shot. I was getting symptoms related to energy, heavy breathing and weight gain. As I take a lot of supplements I wasn't able to figure it out. Finally I went on the assumption that it was spike and started taking the things that people say directly clears away spike (nattokinase, n-acetyl-cysteine and bromelain at the same time) and a lot of my symptoms started disappearing. At the same time recently I had gone about 2 months without my oil soluble COQ10 and probably about 5 or 6 months without any PQQ. I reordered all 3 and took PQQ 3 days in a row (I normally take it once every 2 to 3 weeks) and my normal routine is to take both COQ10's when I wake up. My sensitivity to coffee skyrocketed. On the third day I had to walk 5 miles after working all day to get my body to calm down.
In conclusion I feel (my subjective feeling) I have mostly or temporarily reversed the mitochondrial damage. My normal energy levels have returned and I am not drinking 2+ cups of coffee everyday anymore.
I would be interested in your opinion on this being a possible solution along with the possibility of acetyl-L-carnitine-arginate playing a role
    PQQ - Pyrroloquinoline quinone
    COQ10 - Co-enzyme forms ubiquinol and ubiquinone

Then when BA.5 struck my family again, everyone except me, my father and my younger sister got Covid. You have a healthy immune system that does its job.
Corona is not different from SARS, they are corona.
Humans have Corona and human's have antibodies for it.
We have antigen and antibody UNLESS other issues are at play.
Say possibly, age, medications, drinking and smoking habits.
Ever watch tv and see how many commercials talk about their product causing auto-immune issues, cause pneumonia so on and so on
The talked about how the obese are the worst off and the majority of the country is obese.

Can't be sure, but that's not normal. It's inefficient and immune disregulating for your body to continue to produce high levels of antibodies for a virus it's defeated. That said, either your body is still producing spike proteins or you've got some other kind of irregularity. But then again, I think you kind of already knew all this.

I awoke on 3rd day with SSH in right ear. I have been devastated since, constant tinnitus also. I was put on steroids twice but no help. I had an MRI that shows sheath/lesion on cerebellum near left ear . No explanation why left ear hearing was lost. I continue to have brain fog on occasion , brain zaps especially when trying to sleep . Sometimes I experience short term memory loss, and clogged ears . ENT's were of not much help. It is miserable , I can't stand the pain I feel at times in my ears and have headaches due to that. I need help.

    • @danacaro-herman3530
      @danacaro-herman3530 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@ssm59. There is T cell suppression which causes certain toll like receptors to be inactivated which protect from cancers, thus a person who has had the Big "V" to absolutely be much more susceptible to getting all types of cancers including glioblastomas. As a matter of fact it's been discussed by MDs and scientists etc which discuss exactly that. They sadly are on censored platforms and many don't know how to access that information. I've read a huge uptick in cancers many sadly developing glioblastomas
