It's amazing to see how the worth of a million dollar changes from place to place. A few days ago I saw houses in bay area worth 1-2 million dollars and they were very small.
That price is cheap, considering the facilities. Similar one in India will definitely cross 15 cr.

Folks who are watching from India 🇮🇳 don’t say wow wow as you all don’t know .. housing is a trap in USA 🇺🇸 young Indians come here and don’t know that you have to pay 2.5 percent of total price as property tax and home insurance for this house will be around 20K and maintenance outdoors beauty is required or else you will be fined.
Just to water the grass costs min 100$ n cost of water and electricity will be $500 ,
Property tax Insurance, Interest, water , electricity, maintenance will be $3000 monthly payments

I just hate some things from these kinda foreign houses is that... too much wood used which is not good for longevity i would prefer metal..iron or something..and no iron grills outside glasses which is not safe.... I would never use main gate made of wood ...

Wow just 8 cr for this crazy amazing house it will cost around 10 cr -12 cr if built in India in tier 1,2 city .❤
Buy a land for 2 cr you can build far better house in 2-3 cr with fully furnished , total cost will be approx 5 cr

You will need a help who will charge you $250 at least everytime . I am not sure what are the cleaning service charges in Dallas . In the North east for 2 bedrooms it is $250. You will also have to take into account the heating during winters and cooling during dallas summers. Keeping up the yard will also be a pinch on the pockets. Considering that until we have a business that helps us to earn at least $500,000 a month after taxes it is going to be of a stretch. Also resale of such houses is a challenge because in dallas the cost of houses stays mostly flat and does not hike up like in popular cities. This is for somebody with deep pockets and who does not have to worrry about the mortgage - around $15,000 a month perhaps ?
