That room off the upstairs laundry would be a wonderful sewing room or craft room. I love the island in this home!

This is an amazing home! The windows are spectacular and make the home so open and airy feeling.
I think I’d want a light fixture over the island and I personally like the sink in the island so you can talk to people while doing things at the sink.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I wouldn't know what to do with all that space, but I have some ideas.
I'm from Louisiana and have always been jealous of places where you can have a basement. Such a cool use of extra space.

My bedroom, beautiful outdoor spaces and the living room area. Having a tv jack in the garage is smart, some people use that space as craft rooms or man caves, she spaces, kids lounge :)

Tim, I don't know what it is about this new camera, but there seem to be subtle dark and light stripes/ bands across the screen that sometimes move up or down, and the view doesn't seem to go quite far enough downward. I notice that sometimes when you're talking about or trying to show us something down low, it's like it's just a bit cut off of the bottom of the frame. I don't know if I'm the only one who's noticed or if there's even anything that can be done about it, but thought I'd point it out in case there is a way you can improve that. It's not a major thing, just sort of a bit of an immersion breaker and distraction sometimes. 😅
Yeah, I noticed the banding too.
I Noticed it too and swapped cameras the next day. I have a few homes with this camera, too good not to post then back to the old style camera but with 4k footage. This new camera was something I was so excited about, ultimately was not worth it for our style of tour.

@@TimothyPLivingstonHopefully you can fix the issue. I watch your videos on a 1440p 180Hz monitor and your standard 1080p videos hurt my eyes. Will always watch your tours. Been loving the 4K videos you've posted as they're easier on the eyes as in not much motion blur. That issue is when you pan over to to a different angle.
Cabelas would be awfully happy to see me if I had that gun room.

Love the new camera! Video quality is much better than standard 1080p as I'm viewing in 1440p. Only thing I would hope you can fix is using a wider angle. Other than that, love it.This home is beautiful with tons of entertaining space and room for extra family members (In-laws, three children and a couple guests).
Cool 😎. I see the garage is extra tall for a car lift , just need to raise the garage rails and a wall mounted opener. And love the garage heater !
Love your videos, you do a great job, but I miss the wide angle of your old camera.

Nice place. Just a couple changes in the Kitchen. I only need one oven, move the Microwave above the oven. Need to get the TV lower in the living room. Too much glass for my tastes in some spots. Hate the glass entry and hate there being no Guest Coat Closet.

Love the kitchen! This house is huge...My dogs would get lost. I will add: I detest wire shelving. I would walk away from any house that had them. Luckily I just built my house and moved in 1 1/2 years ago, so not looking. I need more storage like this house though
