I started watching Murderville because Conan was on it, and he was wonderful -- but Marshawn Lynch was absolutely incredible. I rewound parts of his episode so many times.
Will Arnette had to break character in order to stop sharon stone cutting open the extra is hilarious and scary at the same time. The knife props probably real as well as the human body
Conan’s and Annie’s episodes were my favorites. When Annie and Terry were “restrained” and talking about there being no way to get out, then Terry leans forward putting his hands in front of him and Annie realizes that he was never restrained, that was my favorite scene out of all the episodes lol. We need a season 2 immediately. And 3. And 4. And 5.
Shame the Marshawn stuff was cut; he was hilarious, and the Aunt Viv subplot was interesting! Really dug this show, I hope it gets more episodes. The premise with improv set-ups surely allows for longevity.
I love how in Conan's episode, Will Arnett was pouring a ridiculous amount of hot sauce on Conan's plate and Conan was so devoted to the bit that he kept eating it even though it probably caused his poor Irish bowels insufferable pain.
I've only seen the one episode with Conan and I didn't know the premise of this show initially. So I was cracking up the whole time like, WTF is this? Is this improved on the fly? Sure enough lol. The scenes with the interrogation when Arnett was SOOO amazed and it had Conan rolling' ha ha DUDE it killed me lol. Definitely great idea for a show! I'll be binging the rest soon and hoping for a Season 2!!

@@myth3516 I watched Murder in Successville and the jokes just didn't connect with me. Obviously there's a difference in UK humor and US humor. Not saying one is better than the other but the UK version requires alot more context to understand the jokes.

That's interesting. I actually wasn't super impressed with Annie Murphy. She wasn't bad by any means. But after guys like Conan and Marshawn, I feel like she was just struggling to find her footing in some of those improv scenarios. Just my opinion though. Still LOVE the show and would love to see a season 2.

This show is all about trying to make people break character, one of my favorite things in comedy when it's genuine.
He has great chemistry with Jason Bateman, they should do with him once.
