Hey, would I use this video for replacing a trim line? What needs replacing if my trim line will not lock into the cleat i.e it keeps slipping out after I set it in the clear while riding. My bar is a year old, 2021. Are the cleat teeth worn or the trim line need replacing? I note I washed my navigator bar once with warm water.

      Hi there,
This video can be used to replace a trim line and the cleat, as both of these parts are removed and re-attached during the process of replacing the control bar on the Navigator control system.
It is pretty hard to tell if it's either the trim line or worn-out teeth in the cleat that is causing the slipping without inspecting it in person/without images. Please send us a DM on Instagram with images if you can.
I can assume that it will be the trim line. Sometimes, the internal bungee chord snaps. This will decrease the diameter of the trim line, lessening its ability to grip inside the cleat.
      I hope this is helpful,
      James from North 🤙
