I really respect your channel and your opinions to be honest not only because I am from the Caribbean but you are respectful and you have the knowledge and understanding with the authenticity of being you.
Sir honestly I respect the strategy here a lot of people want to see the gold without understanding the process.
This is bigger than us these Athletes takes these races very serious, it is not only a representation of themselves and their talent but of God, Family and Country and it comes with huge sacrifices.
Now as much as we love Jacko she is honestly not at her best however despite her tenacity it took a lot of courage for her to step aside instead of wasting time etc and let others have theirs and that to me deserves respect because she knows and who knows about track & field can see that she is not done yet and she has the ability to do the sprint double it is evident , however it hurts when people don’t see what matters. She knows that the olympics is bigger than her and she didn’t stand in Tia’s etc way and you can see that it hurting her not to able to achieve her dream of sprint double and a record under her belt right now nevertheless she stepped aside and I am proud of her. When she said in the interview she is not so sad I felt that because you can see it took something from her knowing that she can achieve but it is what it is but she made the best decision and it will work in her favour and May God continue to bless her through this journey and beyond. Go and look if you get a chance to her interview as a young lady coming up in track and field that kind of passion and determination does not die like that and people need to understand that.
With Shelly now she doesn’t like to lose I mean to say who does anyway but she takes it to another level meaning she would never step on the track if she cannot give of her best and you have to love that about her Sir .

Do you guys really think that it’s a coincidence that all three athletes came second like really now. Why is it unjust to put them in the same race, when they ALL signed up and qualified to run the same race, so that each one will have an equal chance to medal? So you all want the OC to set up the races to get your favourites in the finals? And I suppose that is fairness? Something is seriously wrong with these value systems.
The determination of the semifinals is automatic according to specific rules from the Worldathletics rulebook. Official play no role and luck plays no role.

i think people are overestimating the field. I believe 100% if Shelly runs the same exact race as the Heat she qualifies easily.
Alfred with a PB of 10.78 this year will not give it all in the Semi as she seems to want to be on the podium.
So i expect Richardson to win at 10.8~ and 2nd at a high 10.8 or low 10.9 with third close.
