  • Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today marks my 15th day at the gym, and I’m excited to share my progress, challenges, and what I’ve learned so far.     First off, let’s talk about how my workouts have evolved. When I started, I was pretty intimidated by all the equipment and exercises. But now, I feel more confident navigating the gym. My routine has shifted from mostly cardio to a balanced mix of strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). I’ve started incorporating exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, and I’m really noticing improvements in my strength and endurance.
    One of the biggest changes has been my mindset. Initially, I was focused on just showing up, but now I’m setting specific goals and pushing myself to meet them. I’ve also learned the importance of proper form and listening to my body. Recovery and rest days are becoming as important as my workout days, which has helped prevent injuries and improve my overall performance.
    Today’s workout was intense but rewarding. I tackled a full-body circuit that included some new exercises I’ve been working on. The sweat was real, but so were the endorphins! I’m also experimenting with different nutrition strategies to support my workouts, and I’ve been tracking my progress to stay motivated.
