    Lovely. I am trying,consistency of the cream you spread in
    the cake seems very much different from the one you use to mold the flower, you use the butter cream in the description right? Can I use the same molding cream just with more wiping cream for the filling? Thank you for the video.

    Have you ever tried using a very very tiny amount (only the tip of a toothpick) of purple to cancel out the yellow color in the butter? It would create a white colored icing.

    There is no list of ingredients. The one on the description has eggs. The one on video has only cream, powder sugar butter and vanilla but no quantities. Is it okay to have the quantities too?

      I see quantities,but if you don’t you always can search type of cream recipe you need.Korean buttercream is glossy looking buttercream.There are many buttercream recipes,protein custard cream recipes-with pectin is very good,nice flowers..White bean cream,Shantiflex,You can even make cakes and flowers from marshmallows cream so there are many recipes you can make pretty much similar designs.Many cake shop owners have adjusted personalised their recipes and won’t just give away them all for free,will let people know basic recipe and you YOURE self adjust it to you’re flavour preference with you’re experience,on you’re clients preference and ingredients you have available
