This is the longplay of the game Mega Man X2, direct continuation of the first game of the series X. This second game was released by Capcom in 1994 in Japan and 1995 in the United States and Europe.
Megaman X2 is set six months after the defeat of Sigma. In this game X takes the lead of the Maverick Hunters. Even with Sigma's death, the Maverick Rebellion continues. X and the other Maverick Hunters (including a green fellow with unknown identity who dies early in the game) surrounded the remaining Mavericks in an abandoned Reploids factory, and defeated them. But the war is not over. Three Mavericks, Violen, Serges and Agile, formed a group known as "X-hunters" (Counter Hunters in the Japanese version) and joined all parts of Zero to rebuild it again as a marverick.
Mega Man X2 is graphically similar to its predecessor as well, but Capcom included the CX4 in-cartridge enhancement chip to allow for some 3D wireframe effects. The development team was instructed to use this technology as much as possible when working on the game. It's a great continuation of the previous game! The video was collected collecting all items and all parts of Zero. Hope you like it.

Hey, that Ride Armor trick at Crystal Snail. How did you do it? Managing to hover in the air for a long time without falling into the pit.

I used frame advance to do this trick. I pressed the A (dash) and B (jump) buttons for several frames in a row (ABABABABAB, etc...), which keeps the Ride Armor in the air longer. It's a trick often used in speedruns.

I'm from uk, but my import u.s megman cartidge and adaptor (to play import carts) never let me get past this first big boss just restarts

Did you buy an American cartridge and are playing on the European SNES? It must probably be incompatible, or work with problems due to the difference in hz, which are 60hz in the American and Japanese versions and 50hz in the European version.

@xRavenXP yep but I didn't understand at time was only 8 I traded in 13 uk game gear games to the chipshop 2000 for megaman on bus excited to play got home found out cartidge was diffrent and import they sold me a damn American cartidge to a young kid go damn thieves.
