Well I can see the possibilities of this place - lots of damp proofing & painting needed of course - nobody likes damp patches, but it is a lot of space & could be gorgeous !!! The roof is lovely too for outside space, and it is really a very interesting property, with a really low price ! Having that tiny courtyard with some trees is also a big positive ! My imagination was having a great time with this one !
