Cid Finalfantasy is a depressed middle age man who wants to be a cat boy and travels to obtain a potion that will let him achieve his dreams. However to use the potion he must consume a cat-girl's soul essence so he underwent surgery to allow his body to absorb anime girls but as side affect his brain had to be moved upwards. He quests alongside Robert Downey Jr. Jr., a small child clone of Robert Downey Jr. who was deemed a failure by the factory and killed but was then Isekaied into final fantasy world. They are also joined by a cool anime girl that Cid was saving for later but was caught off guard by her sheer coolness energy and a sentient mickey mouse glove that is always pointing at either the moon or Cid's brain and they don't know which. Another problem is that Cid can't distinguish cat-girls from regular anime girls so he just absorbs every anime girl unfortunate enough to cross his path.
