Yes, Magnepan speakers and other magneplanar speakers can be driven with the Axxess. Unless you want to play over 95dB continuously then maybe the U-180 from Aavik Acoustics with a separate streamer would be better.
Hello Michael, I have listened to it recently connected to 2 different Hi-end pairs of speakers. Even thought ones of them were very hard to feed, Forte could surprisingly drive them with ease. However I see some inconsistency in how powerful is the output 100 watt/8 ohms, as stated on the website or 120 watt as you claim. Could you explain it, please?
The Axxess Forte uses the lastest Pascal proprietary UMAC™ Class-D technology which is rated at more than 100 watt per channel but in typical understated Danish fashion Audio Group Denmark publish the power rating at 100 wpc into 8 ohm.
It's debatable. Normal person where? In Cameroon or USA? At around 5k, to have integrated amp, dac, and streamer, need for one power cord as opposed to 3, and add speaker cables to the mix, no need for digital or interconnect. I see many, many people spend way more on cars that they need, where easily that could afford less extravagant car (not talking about just beemers and stuff) and have great hifi system (perhaps built around Forte as well)...
Is it Roon ready yet?
Not quite yet. We’re waiting for the approval from Roon. So hopefully soon🤞
Unclear whether this can drive 4 Ohm speakers or planer speakers which typically are difficult. Also, is there bass output / management?

Pris? Kan ikke finde den på jeres hjemmeside🙂
5000 for cheapest model and 11 for most expensive
In Europe, the suggested retail price for the Axxess Forté 1 is €5,000.
Its hardly affordable to be honest I wound call it affforble in Hi End. By no means is something accesisble to a normal person.
you just poor. get good
