Hope to see more of such episodes in the future. Why not try to bring an EDM Artist to one of the episodes of FO?

We started our career with covering Sunburn Arena and have covered a lot of festivals around the world including Tomorrowland. Will always be grateful to Sunburn for bringing world class concerts to India and giving a chance to experience the same for the masses. Love the insights Karan 🙌
I’m currently in event industry and this particular podcast helped me alot in many means as my end goal is to organise big corporate events and sunburn is always a company I wanted to work for and hopefully someday I will. But it helped me alot. Thank you for that 🙌🏻
Insightful Podcast . I think the question on drug & overdose was sort of dodged nicely. Drugs is the dark side of all music festivals. Saying things like young crowd doesn’t consume them would be very foolish. I personally have been going to Goa for parties consistently 10 years. I have seen a lot of young people doing illicit substances. Some people handle them with finesse & some don’t. So saying that chemicals are not being sold or consumed in these festivals would be an understatement.
Very true... he is just hiding the truth of his music events where the drug abuse is even more than he cant even imagine... He tried his best to hide it...
In 2017 I have attended Sunburn Pune main edition. It was superb experience as a college student. I was alone at that festival but it was really a worth experience.
The podcast with Badshah was the first Raj Shamani podcast I watched. I've been going through his reels but it was the first podcast. And this being my 2nd.Enjoyed a lot. It was a very unusual genre to dive into. Looking forward to watch more🙂
Please create, this kind of content again on this topic. Might be with different questions and different speakers. Thank you so much, this video will going to help me allot in my future.🥰

Security on sunburn was damn good and I really appreciate. I lost my scooter keys at sunburn and told the security I lost the keys and scooter is parked in the parking so and so are details. I then I went hotel for duplicate keys and when I reached back to vagator they had my keys someone gave them at lost and found and my scooter was safely park near security tent
Please ask some relevant questions How was his early life How he started Sunburn Early challenges But overall it was good but it could have been very insightful with the answers of these questions😊

Thanks for this! Always wondered how concerts work and how the economics have evolved over time. It’d be great to have BookMyShow’s CEO come and talk about how the concert industry has evolved over time. Also about why some of the biggest pop acts - like Billie Eilish, Harry styles, Coldplay etc have done an Asia tour but not added India. Is it simply a money issue or something else too?
I think it is more to do with not being aware of the fanbase. I think they still think that India is not developed enough or because not many artists are coming. For example, the Era's tour has 3 dates in Mexico and for Asia there is only Singapore.
@@santanu29 I think with the data they get now (like they spoke in the podcast) estimating interest won't be an issue. I think its a money thing. For example if Calvin Harris charges a million dollars a night, I'm sure Taylor would charge 2 minimum. If they're not confident of breaking even on a Calvin Harris concert, other bigger pop acts become out of question. Ultimately it seems like it comes down to India having a lower buying power parity. Another example was U2 - they said they wanted to bring the proper experience with their screens etc which is why it took so long to play in India. Chris Martin during global citizen also said production wise they've done the best they can (they didn't have wrist bands for that). So seems like its a money thing.
Thank you for bringing this guy, please bring some edm artists if possible. Because I was always dreaming to play live shows and become a famous dj. It's a request please bring edm artits if possible 🙏🙏 at least bring Indian artists like ritviz, nucleya etc. 🙏🙏🙏 please sir 🙏🙏🙏
Mosh pit do happen in India. It’s a normal heavy/death metal culture. Independence rock is one of such local event which had great line up. And yes it has nothing to do with drugs . It’s just the music which takes into that trip.
