    Great to watch this as I read his book too. I grow black rice in Fukuoka Prefecture according to his methods and over the last 5 years have become enlightened as Fukuoka-san! immerse youself in nature, nature teaches you.

    Hey, thanks for bringing these up to the Fukuoka inspired folks. I feel like the bells with the white screen could so nicely stay longer, for a full breath in and out and a pause for the mind. Curious, how you feel about it.

      Thank you for the kind comment and suggestion. Yes, I am a fan of giving time for things to soak in and settle. Will keep your idea about the pacing of bell breaks in mind for the next series.

    The forest grows with tall trees covered with green moss, breathes in the open space, wanders in the sparkling light and hears the sweet song of birds from above. We cannot protect something we do not love...
