Juvenile justice system needs to be reformed eliminating the provision where juvenile records are sealed on the offender. Almost all juvenile offenders claim and brag about being free of criminal records and free to repeat their crimes.
I know this because those excuses came from the mouth of a certain juvenile delinquent who is now serving sentence for manslaughter.

Eye for an eye, justice is never served by sentencing a murderer to life. For murder the penalty must always be death…immediate punishment after conviction. As for the last comment in the video, sodomy is a criminal violation and for thousands of years death has been the penalty. That law and punishment was established by our creator.

The system does not fail anyone. It is not the job of society to raise every child to be good citizens. That job falls to the parents. Yes, some people have no business having children. Yes, far too many are running loose with serious mental problems that quite frankly, should not be allowed to roam our streets. Perhaps if we tried the parents for the crimes of the children at the same time we try the kids we might change the idea that kids need to be taught to follow the rules.
What do I think? I think you should just put them in jail with no trial. Don’t give them the benefit of the doubt they committed the crime they have to do the time, even if it means life in jail with no parole. They have to be constantly watched, because even in jail, they could come up with something.
