love the video and great tips.if you have a wart on your hand Tea Tree oil applied 3 time a day will get rid of it . But it doesn't look like a wart to me. More like a cyst which need to be surgically removed I think.
I have one on my middle finger knuckle. It may just be a cAlcium growth. i thought it was a cycst than a wart when it didn't pop after warm soaks ir after treatknf with wart meds. Went to the Dr thats when she confirmed it was neither. You can get it removed by a speciAlist or Derm and sometines it's goes away on its on. By the way thanks for the videos!
Wanted to add that I love that color, your son sounds precious and very smart and funny, and I was wondering what you would call your nail shape. They look square, but because of the (high c curve?) have a really lovely shape much different than other squared nails I've seen. Also wondering if you use the cuticle oil over the whole nail with polish on and lastly how long would you say you usually leave a mani on before changing it? I'm not sure if you mentioned that or if it's in some of the messages down below and I apologize if it is. :)
+Cinder Roxy Thanks! He is a hoot. I've heard ppl say that this nail shape is 'coffin' shape. Hate the term but kind of fits. I do use cuticle oil over the whole nail with polish on. I think it helps me keep from messing them up after polishing. I don't generally rub it all over the polished nail once definitely dry. At the time of this video, I was changing manis every 1-3 days. Now a days with work so busy it's more like every 5-7 days. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. =)
I've heard them called that as well, and also "Ballerina" shape. I think I like that one alot more! lol. I think nails, imo, are probably better off more at the 5-7 mani change so that you're not removing the polish as much.
When you do the cleanup, do you use pure acetone? Do you dab the brush on the paper towel to get some of the excess off before using it to clean up around your nails? I love your nails by the way.
Great video! I have always washed off the solar oil in the past. So thanks for the tip!!!!! Have you tried Julep's Brilliance Glycolic Hand Scrub? I am addicted to it...works wonders for old hands like mine! Lol Thanks for sharing Gina! Monkey Hugs!
I use all sorts of base coats, but I keep going back to Orly Bonder (I've been thru 3 or 4 bottles of that stuff). Recycled manis rock, I do them all the time.
Tina Fitzpatrick You know how you get stuck on a base coat and when you try another, you don't really give it a fair shot? That's what happened with Bonder... I need to give it a fair chance so I'm using it at the moment. One of my nail crushes, Love4nails, goes one step further and will paint a whole new mani over the top of a recycled one. She removes polish 1 time a week and just keeps painting over in the meantime. I would end up with 20 layers of polish on. My nails would be indestructible then! Lol.
Crumpled Cones I've got a friend that does the same, just keeps painting over the last mani. I can never do that, I get tip wear really bad and then the next layer doesn't smooth out over the tip wear and I end up hating it, such a perfectionist. I'll have to check out Love4Nails.
Ok, so, first of all, your nails make me SICK right now they're so freaking gorgeous! :) Second, I vote for the name, Fred, if your new hand friend decides to stick around lol (I must really like you because he didn't gross me out at all:))! And lastly, I love how you just slap the polish on without caring if it gets everywhere cuz you clean up so well afterward:). This was fun cuz it was chit chatty and I felt like we were hanging out:). BTW your son is a trip and is obviously on his way to being a true romantic! Too sweet! And I NEED that Milani in my life! Thanks for sharing xoxoxo
Jessika ThePolishedQueen THANKS!!! Coming from you, a HUGE compliment! LOL!!! Fred is a great suggestion. Wesley is in my mind too... Wesley Wart. LOL! I really am not good at the painting part but cleanup, I do just fine. Thanks! He is a sweetie thru and thru and I think you're right. He will be a romantic. He gets it from his momma. Seriously, that may be the best black I own. Absolutely a one coater. Thank you! =)
"Palms on pants" - funny! I push back my cuticles with my fingernails too - it's the only ways I can keep from injuring myself. Thank you for sharing - I think I'm going to get some of that cuticle oil. My top two purposes in life (this week anyway) are to acquire more stickers and nail polish :)
NIce video! This may be off topic, but I hope you had the bump checked out on your hand. I mean just to make sure it's just a wart and nothing else. xo :)
+Cinder Roxy So funny that you say this! It was not a wart. Had it removed last week. Being tested. Hopefully just a cyst. I appreciate the comment. =)
Glad you're getting it checked out! :) Your bump doesn't quite have the appearance/rought texture of a wart, that is what made me comment. Hope all is well! :)

+Anna's Nail Art, Beauty & Travel Thanks so much! Just recently had it removed. Ended up being a mound of scar tissue, kind of like a keloid. =)
Gr8 nail care, it's so annoying when you badly scratch your natural nail, but your nails look super strong and healthy. Tfs xoxo
Gelulicious Thank you! Yes it is!! They are healthier than they have ever been. Hugs! =)

Cinder Roxy Ooh! I like Ballerina a lot better! I agree!

Shelly Hickenbottom Hi Shelly! I only ever use pure acetone. Sometimes I dab, sometimes I don't. Depends where I'm cleaning. Thanks so much! =)

sentinelkitty Lol! I'm a mess. I need to order some stickers too! I saw staceys layout on instagram and LOVED it. Definitely need more myself. =)
