I hope whatever your issues are, you are feeling better from, or if it is a loved one who has passed, that you know they are at peace and they want you to be strong. Heather Pelland, I, too, have been having a rough time. My husband passed away after a short illness, in August, 2017 and my 28 year old son passed suddenly this past May! I am recovering from a bad car accident I had in November, 2018. This holiday season will be another sad one for me, but I will get through it. My world is completely turned upside down. I find that it helps to listen to music, and I have recently found the Sea Chanters; I thoroughly enjoy their concerts.
