Is this more of the process or not? 1) Cost 1)a) Business Plan 1)b) Lender 1)c) Partners, Angle Investor's, Silent Partner 2) Presence 3) Brand 4) copyright 5) Trademark 6) Formulation 7) Manufacturer 8) Distribution 9) Domain Name 10) Web Hosting 11) Web Programmer 12) Entity Type 12)a) State Requirements 12)b) County Requirements 12)c) City Requirements 13) Legal Existence
All of these are relevant to a brand development, for sure. I do not think you can order them and just go down the list - for example, you will need a distillery to manufacture or package your product and know those costs as part of the business plan - etc Also, you business plan is perpetually evolving - so it's not a one and done checklist item
This is a HUGE question and cannot be answered here. go to www.40-80spirits.com and complete a contact us form and let me know more about what you're trying to do.
Do you mean taste it and give you feedback? If so, I'd recommend a focus group as part of your marketing research. You can also use a focus group for items such as what price point do they feel your product would do well at..... or opinions on packaging, etc etc.
Hello! I need more help with the technical side of creating a brand, my pitch is more into mixed drinks and not necessarily a bottle of liquor, please get back to me !!!
First, I would check with your distributor to see if they have a relationship with the venue/account. That may be a solid IN. If not, research who the F&B director is for the venue and reach out directly. Just know, you need a distributor to actually sell to them. Control States are different as well.
That video was so helpful and I think that it's not only helpful for the liquor but for all the alcohol productions!!!

What is all involved with finding a distillery to produce your product? As well the branding and marketing. Is copyright ©️ or trademarks ™️ involved prior to branding and distribution or distillery process? What is the upfront cost or fees involved? Are any of these inclusive or inclusions as to any part? Does a liquor license need to be purchased? Do you need an attorney and company, or online presence?

I have a few questions how do you introduce the brand to event spaces
