Well done Jon great net from a section that fished hard.
Fished that peg last year on the River fest Qualifier. I had Mr & Mrs Pike with there kids and grand parents resident in the weed bed in front of the peg!!! first time I've lost fish in the air!! The pike where going airborne to get the roach!!! I also noted the house opposite is still not finished. Also had 2 young builders bombing themselves in to the river trying to impress the young lady freshers that where having fun on the river lol. Still I fished like a numpty on the day as well.
Sounds eventful! The pike were leaping out to grab fish at Sanford the day before.

Usual enjoyable video. Had to dig out my shades with those white bit getting some air. Not sure what's happening with the chest cam, it's getting quite misty. And of course the obligatory "Well Done" for what looked like a section win.

Yes the chest cam sadly had a greasy smear on it, hence why it was only used a little bit in this vid.

Can I ask you what was more rewarding, 470lb on Decoy or 8lb of hard worked for fish. I know it’s horses for courses but just asking.
Decoy 477lb was a once in a lifetime but not something I'd enjoy doing every week or year. 47lb of roach would be nice!

Yes on commercial fisheries. On natural venues I use mostly microbarbed.

Awesome big chub fishing when its flooded or once winter arrives. Great big chub and roach on bread, worms and mini boilies
That there match fishing business looks like hard work. I think you need to get down the gym.
