The highest paid salary in a firm, can not exceed what, 10:1, 20:1, 50:1, (how much is enough?) of the lowest paid salary or wage, within that same firm. Pick a ratio, and enforce it across the board. You would be able to eliminate minimum wage, and the idea of federal funding. All the government has to do is make the capitalist and management class, DO THE RIGHT THING. Simple.

It's true but if the smarter people don't have kids,it's not preventing less developed pockets of the world to slow down their population growth , we end up with a smaller number of more productive humans having to support the economic burden of taxes.Who will support our pension and healthcare systems if there aren't enough working age, skilled people?

Like in Japan, their people are not having kids! This is all their fault! I don't blame people when they said this! Governments are already serving the gods in their country and not the people anymore! The best decision we made in our life was not having kids!
